Anthony at the concierge was one of the most dedicated and hospitable front desk personnel I have ever encountered. He was so hospitable and understanding, despite the fact that I checked in very late and was scrambling to find a hotel room last minute. I cannot thank and recommend Anthony enough. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate my circumstances (my flight was re-booked to the following day on short notice and I had to find a hotel room ASAP).

There was nothing that I didn't like. I was appreciative of Anthony at the concierge and the shuttle bus driver that drove me to the airport. Both men were hospitable and friendly. My driver drove me to the airport at 4am on July 10th, 2023 - I can't recall his name, but he was awesome.

clean, breakfast included , super staff. Jezebel the front manager, was very helpful with resolving a booking issue. the young man scheduled Saturday evening and back again Sunday morning was very kind, especially to my grandson who looked up to him.

breakfast was chaotic. not enough food, plates, cups. continually running out and they basically stopped putting new stuff out at 945 even though there was a line of people waiting. Guests would try to say a specific item was out and the staff rolled their eyes

It is literally a house that was repurposed for a bed&breakfast. It is a cozy and can take you back in time. It has a warm fireplace, a beautiful porch and everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is superb and the whole vibe of the house is something particular and difficult to replicate —the wine serving, time spent talking to other guests, delicious breakfast all adds up to a wonderful stay.

Rooms don’t have kitchen appliances (stove, fridge, etc) and all of those are in a shared space. Which we didn’t really find as a problem but depends on the level of convenience and privacy you wish to have. Being a centenary house, it is obviously being renovated over time but things aren’t “brand new”. Rooms don’t have blackout curtains which we didn’t find a problem but wanted for our son.

The staff was amazing! Shuttle service to and from the airport was so so helpful and the comfort of a mini home away from home was especially great while traveling with a little one.

The only thing I wished could have been different was the bathroom being more available from the common areas not just through the room but it doesn’t change the fact that I had. A great stay!

We arrived early to check in, because we just got off of a Disney cruise, Jazal was working front desk, amazing!!! Our room was wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool!!!

The only problem we had was that the driver of bus to take us to airport was late arriving to work, we were signed up to take the 5am bus, the driver showed up at 5:35!😡

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated wonderful. Our room was absolutely perfect. Comfortable bed and the shower was great. I would highly recommend this spot.

All the staff were super friendly and loved that the hotel had a shuttle bus that takes you anywhere within 2 miles of hotel.

My daughter left her phone charging in the room, called the hotel and they said they’d hold it. When we came back to pick it up we were told it wasn’t there.
