Great staff! Went out of their way to make us comfortable. Lobby was decorated for St Patrick's Day with treats available for us. Nice to have a real coffee maker in the room! Other hotels are cheap machines. Take a way breakfast available in the lobby was great for a quick start. Convenient location for downtown events. Room was clean but a bit dark.

Needs better setup for technology. Hard to charge phones, ipad and watch. Wall plug only on one side of the bed. Suggest to bring an power cord with USB plugs. Room was as expected for an older building.

Great location! Close to everything in downtown Orlando. The guy who checked us in was friendly & it was done very quickly. It was just a one night stay so the price was also very reasonable as we only really used the place to sleep. It is an older building so it could use some renovations but the decor is very nice!

The floors seemed moist & the bathrooms are extremely small. The beds are too firm.

The location near to downtown Orlando and the Lake was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Room was OK, clean but smelled a bit damp. Balcony where you can sit in the shade. Free parking was great. Accessing you room with a digital key on your phone. Outside door was closed all the time and could only be opened with your room key.

As mentioned, the room smelled a bit damp. When you book 3 nights I expect that the towels will be cleaned automatically, but I had to ask for that. The rooms are not isolated at all, you can hear everything above and beside you.

From the outside look and very small reception, you wouldn't expect actual inside. Very simply decorated but very comfortable, I stayed on the 2nd floor( 1st floor for British, ) floor has communal balcony and lounge. My room has a small balcony as well, bathroom has bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel fixed on the shower unit wall, coffee pod machine, if room has slipper and yukata, it's almost Japanese hotel. A nice park is in front of the hotel building.

I can't figure out how to work TV , also it takes a bit time to get good temperature hot water for shower.

Great location, clean with a balcony outside of my room and a several nice sitting area for everyone to enjoy. They provide water fruits and light snacks for you and a bar and restaurant in the front of the property. The staff was very friendly and parking was free. whole slew of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk and Lake Eola is absolutely stunning and is across the street.

Awesome little spot I like to spend the night when in town for a magic game! Great little room with big semi private balcony , nice little public outdoor seating area . Right above a very cool brewery with a great menu ! $5 scooter / bike to Amway center / downtown .

Rooms are clean but they do have a little bit of a musty smell

Can’t beat the location and view. Persimmon Brewery/restaurant downstairs has great food and free parking. Keyless entry app was a nice feature. Staff is friendly. Bathroom very clean. 2nd Floor patio is a nice area to hang out.

Room was directly next to porter/housekeeper area and ice machine. We must have had the worst room the Inn offers. No balcony. Uncomfortable bed. Heard everything throughout the night and early morning due to staff setting up. Will book directly with Inn next time to request a preferred room.

This is my 3rd time staying here and it was the best stay so far. I love the location and the Inn itself is charming. The shower is excellent. The balcony was a great place to drink tea and relax. The room is clean and tastefully appointed. It's nice to be able to cast netflix from my phone to the tv. I love the murals and the entire vibe of the place. I'll be back next time I'm in Orlando.

The EO Inn is a quaint and cozy hotel, situated on the edge of the historic district, in the heart of the city beautiful. The rooms are small in comparison to more modern accommodations. The size deficits is replaced by good old fashion charm and one of the best locations in town. The hotel is managed by a limited presence of staff during most of the day and night. When in need of assistance though, they appear, almost magically.

Friendly staff. Helpful. Clean room, nice bathroom facilities. Comfy bed. Good options for cooling. Enjoyed the small private veranda off of our room. Felt safe in busy, vital downtown location. Great to be downtown so we could walk to many locals.

One morning, strong smell of marijuana in lobby. Nice outdoor lounge seating on 2nd floor but was too wet to sit on, though I tried to adjust things. Our door was difficult to open and close needing major adjustment.
