We liked being able to get 1 room that would accommodate all 5 of us. The kitchen area was a plus for keeping drinks cold. It was also a short Uber to downtown.

There aren’t a lot of restaurants or bars within a short walking distance. The area around the hotel is pretty industrial. If you want to be able to walk everywhere, this is probably not the hotel for you.

The hotel is gorgeous! The staff at the desk is extremely warm and welcoming. Very available and willing to help. Of course the wonderful Marriott beds did not disappoint and the breakfast, while not extensive in variety like a few other Marriott's that I've visited, it was definitely enough.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like except having to leave such a beautifully decorated lobby.

breakfast was enough nothing crazy but what is needed to start the day and that’s awesome for us also having a fridge and kitchen was cool too we got the suite separate rooms was really nice to have too also the Xmas decor was super nice

The location is excellent for those that want to be in relative close proximity to downtown Orlando. The hotel itself is next to a major medical facility, but you wouldn't know it if traveling on the weekends.

There are no restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance of the hotel property. Aside from the hospital and nearby train station, one must drive or rideshare to nearby eateries.

no bell boy service, meaning you need to take all your luggage upstairs room is not cleaned during your stay, including changing of towels - they basically every two days make your bed

The room was beautiful and clean, the rooms came with a kitchen 😍, the hotel is clean and nice. Breakfast was good (bagels, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, fruits, orange juice, cranberry juice, water, muffins, cream cheese, butter)no pancake or waffles. The tv had my name on it. Made me feel real fancy 😁. Due to not having housekeeping if you needed extra towels, sheets, or pillows they will provide that to you with your request. Kids friendly. The staff are really nice and informative. I feel very safe there because you can't do nothing without your room key and I love that. There's a lot of construction going on but the kids loved watching 👀 the different trucks and Crain's.

Not having housekeeping, parking fee, the pool had things In there from the prior day. The bathroom had some hair on the wall.

the room was lovely and very cozy. the bed is really comfortable and the everything was super clean

breakfast was a big disappointment, and the AC was on on a very very cold temperature, to a point that many ppl felt too cold and could sit comfortably.

The hotel was really nice and a very good value for my money.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay to park on hotel grounds. I booked room at the hotel, so why charge me to park. And this site offered rooms with balcony, and they dont have any balconies.
