Great Hampton Inn consistent with brand quality and amenities. The location charges $15/ day for parking even though it's a private property with no other parking options in the downtown location. The front desk employee did waive the parking fee for my stay which was appreciated. However she charged my card for the full stay upon check in even though I prepaid through booking.com. Then she told me booking.com would issue me a refund since the property needs to take payment for the stay. This is incorrect information and I ended up clearing up the issue with other front desk employees. Pay attention your payment charges when visiting.

The staff, location, facilities all exceeded my expectations. The hotel caters mostly to guests who are using the nearby Orlando Health. Lighting and security measures made me feel safe. Shuttle service and onsite parking took all of the worry out of getting around. Special thanks to Aaron and Stephanie at the front desk for helping us to settle in and get comfortable.

The bright lights on the roof of the building next door (parking lot side) easily penetrated the center curtain of the room. Not sure if these lights are always left on but the curtain could be a solid material like the others.

Aaron was absolutely amazing! He really helped us during our time of need. After missing our train due to medical reasons for our son and not knowing what we should do. We booked with booking.com and there was no reservation to be found once we arrived! He welcomed us in. Made us feel very at home and treated us like we were such valued Hilton members! Even when ordering medication and water for my sick child at 5am Aaron made sure we didn't have to lift a finger and collected our door dash and delivered it directly to the room. Such kind hearted, thoughtfulness definitely does not go unnoticed. At a time when anxiety was taking over my fiancé and I can not thank Aaron enough. We also want to thank Camilla. Camilla was helpful in so many ways. Camilla helped with bedding when needed, answered all questions in a very timely mannor and helped us during check out. I must say that if I had to choose a hotel of choice for my next orlando vacation this would be it! This is Not your average Hampton Inn and we have stayed at plenty. This place feels like HOME! Wishing these two much success. Sending hugs there way.

Everything was perfect!

Everything! The place was very clean and inviting. The staff was excellent, very welcoming. The breakfast was a great treat, after a long night at camping world stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had and not really an issue was the size of the beds. I don't think we had queen beds. More like full size beds. Very small for a queen bed. My husband and I are not big people by any means and we were cramped in that bed. I have a queen bed and I'm pretty sure that was not a queen.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean in all areas and room. Although there isn't a restaurant onsite, there is a lobby/bar restaurant at the hotel next door. After a long drive it was nice to just walk next door to get a drink and food. Breakfast onsite was very good and filling.

Staff was extremely helpful. Free breakfast each morning was quite tasty and a great start to the day. Hotel offers free rides via Lyft within a 2 mile radius.

Nothing. Facilities, room, and the hotel staff were great. Nightly room rate was a little high but that seems pretty standard for Orlando.

The room was spacious, lots of windows (we had a corner room) and comfortable. Quiet area. Very welcoming staff and friendly throughout our stay. They accommodated a request for late check out. Good breakfast, good coffee available all the time. Near the train station, good for sunrail excursion!

Paying for parking.

Comfortable big king size bed. Lots of towels. The TV had Netflix! The complimentary breakfast was magnificent. There was so much variety. The front desk folks were very helpful.

The desk chair was old and beat up But management left a letter there apologizing for the chair.

Aaron at the front desk was amazing! Our room was spotless and comfortable with extra towels. Entire facility was quiet, clean, and welcoming, even to pets. And the staff were very nice, even chatty!

Broken elevator, powdered eggs at the breakfast, no GG options at breakfast.

This Hotel was Really Clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Close to the ORMC so Perfect for Patients and Families that are Hospitalized or have Procedures next door. I would Definitely stay here again
