Every staff member I encountered during my stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown was friendly and helpful. The room was accurately described and depicted, and served me very well for the range of things I had on whilst in Downtown Orlando - it was spacious, well-equipped and clean. I was very pleased with my stay overall!

I found the bed and pillows somewhat uncomfortable, although this could very much be down to personal preference. Perhaps a mattress topper or similar could be made available in rooms? On a personal note, I would also have liked the self-serve breakfast bar hours to be a little longer.

Location was great for reaching the bars and venues around Lake Enola. These were all a short walk away and it's super central for getting an uber north or south to reach specific shops and museums. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel had easy access to tea and coffee included at breakfast time. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options weren't clearly labelled, and allergens weren't really considered for clear labelling either. I couldn't figure out how anyone could use the waffle makers with how the batter was stored, and staff at breakfast time seemed less than enthused to be helpful when asked questions basic questions such as the location of butter never mind something more complicated like allergens and ingredient lists. Cross-contamination risks were so high that they weren't even worth considering.

The location was amazing if you want to visit Lake Eola or downtown. It is about a 15minute walk from the Sunrail Station and a few minutes walk from the lake and downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. They provided plates and cups and a fridge and a moveable table and tv. The bathroom was very nice and good water pressure for the shower. The staff were nice upon check-in and checkout. The view one the rooftop pool was really nice.

TV wasn't a smart tv, couldn't watch Netflix or other streaming services. The breakfast was mostly just reheated frozen items, which they seemed to have a hard time keeping stocked. The pool is very small, just a little bigger bathtub.

Clean facility and room. Very secure (key must be used for elevator and to get in hotel after a certain time.) Very helpful staff at front desk.

Pillows are horrible and towels stained. I understand they were busy, but the valet took forever. Breakfast hours could be offered longer (maybe till 10am instead of 9am.) Worst part was maid service walked into our room while I was still getting dressed (literally in a towel.) I had not checked out yet, they did not knock, and it was 40min before checkout deadline.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were all really friendly (especially Andy on the front desk). The room was spacious and comfortable, it had everything you could need for a few days stay. The pool, laundry and gym were all really handy facilities. The location is good, we were able to walk to some restaurants and bars, and were also able to order take out easily. It is about a 25 minute drive to Disney for those who want to go there. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking is super expensive, but there is a car park for $10 right next to Starbucks. Room cleaning seemed a bit hit or miss. Soaps and shampoo were not replaced despite us asking for them to be. Room needed a good vacuum.

Excellent hotel! We stayed at the hotel for three days and loved every minute. When we weren't exploring Orlando, we were either in the rooftop pool or at the hotel bar. Valet parking is provided, but there's street parking as well relatively closeby. My partners baggage was sadly delayed by the airline and arrived at the hotel AFTER we'd left - the staff at the hotel were so supportive during this ordeal and contacted us immediately when it arrived. Great customer service. The lady who was running the bar was also fantastic - gave us some fantastic advice on places to visit. 10/10!

Overall it is a gear hotel, and I recommend it. - The hotel is clean and pet friendly. - The staff is friendly. - The kitchen was excellent, and the equines were clean and new. - The room is spacious. - The bed was comfortable. - The desk and chair were perfect, showing that the choice was carefully chosen.

- The Hotel does not have a parking lot, only valet parking which, if you stay a week or so, the cost can mount up. Valet parking costs $32 a day, and you need to pay a tip every time you use your car. There is parking in the area, but Hotel can purchase the next lot and make it to parking. I am not sure why they do not do that. - The refrigerator in my room was making loud noises. - The TV is high quality, but it is not a smart TV, so you do not have access to your TV apps or youtube, but there were 40 good channels. - It would be nice if you could adjust the AC angle so it would not blow over your head while sleeping.

Lovely spacious suites, comfortable and quiet

I was very angry that the Home2suites by Hilton had a ‘pending’ on my credit card for the full amount of our stay … For 10 days after the full amount had been deducted on the day before our stay finished - this amount was unavailable to us to spend for the remainder of our holiday in America - So in effect there was ‘double our tariff’ held for 10 days …. Not a good look at all

The location is excellent and within walking distance from markets and pharmacy. Lake Eola is around 5 minutes away. There's restaurants nearby. We were going to a concert in Amway Center and couldn't have picked a better location. We walked back from Amway to the hotel as it's not farther than 20 mins. The rooms are clean, spacious, with microwave and a full-sized fridge. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Employees are helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast during the week is served until 9AM so it was a bit early for us. However we would arrive to the restaurant around 8:20AM. We didn't have problems but there was an employee complaining about why people wouldn't come earlier. That moment was a bit uncomfortable.

Full kitchen, spacious rooms, several cabinets/drawers and shelves, and how modern the facility is. Loved the balcony and lounging areas. Starbucks downstairs is nice. Would definitely stay here again.

No options for self parking. Valet takes a while to get your vehicle. We were in a rush and it made us late to our destination. (Not valets fault, as there are many cars to grab at times with not many people to handle them all). I like having access to my car at any time without having to rely on someone to get it for me. Especially for $32 a night. Also didn't get to use the rooftop pool because it was closed and it was one of the reasons we booked there to begin with. On the website it has pictures and titled one of the suites as a "one bedroom king suite" with a separate bed area. They actually do not have this kind of room at the facility although it is listed as such.
