We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were all really friendly (especially Andy on the front desk). The room was spacious and comfortable, it had everything you could need for a few days stay. The pool, laundry and gym were all really handy facilities. The location is good, we were able to walk to some restaurants and bars, and were also able to order take out easily. It is about a 25 minute drive to Disney for those who want to go there. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking is super expensive, but there is a car park for $10 right next to Starbucks. Room cleaning seemed a bit hit or miss. Soaps and shampoo were not replaced despite us asking for them to be. Room needed a good vacuum.

Excellent hotel! We stayed at the hotel for three days and loved every minute. When we weren't exploring Orlando, we were either in the rooftop pool or at the hotel bar. Valet parking is provided, but there's street parking as well relatively closeby. My partners baggage was sadly delayed by the airline and arrived at the hotel AFTER we'd left - the staff at the hotel were so supportive during this ordeal and contacted us immediately when it arrived. Great customer service. The lady who was running the bar was also fantastic - gave us some fantastic advice on places to visit. 10/10!

Overall it is a gear hotel, and I recommend it. - The hotel is clean and pet friendly. - The staff is friendly. - The kitchen was excellent, and the equines were clean and new. - The room is spacious. - The bed was comfortable. - The desk and chair were perfect, showing that the choice was carefully chosen.

- The Hotel does not have a parking lot, only valet parking which, if you stay a week or so, the cost can mount up. Valet parking costs $32 a day, and you need to pay a tip every time you use your car. There is parking in the area, but Hotel can purchase the next lot and make it to parking. I am not sure why they do not do that. - The refrigerator in my room was making loud noises. - The TV is high quality, but it is not a smart TV, so you do not have access to your TV apps or youtube, but there were 40 good channels. - It would be nice if you could adjust the AC angle so it would not blow over your head while sleeping.

The location is excellent and within walking distance from markets and pharmacy. Lake Eola is around 5 minutes away. There's restaurants nearby. We were going to a concert in Amway Center and couldn't have picked a better location. We walked back from Amway to the hotel as it's not farther than 20 mins. The rooms are clean, spacious, with microwave and a full-sized fridge. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Employees are helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast during the week is served until 9AM so it was a bit early for us. However we would arrive to the restaurant around 8:20AM. We didn't have problems but there was an employee complaining about why people wouldn't come earlier. That moment was a bit uncomfortable.

Full kitchen, spacious rooms, several cabinets/drawers and shelves, and how modern the facility is. Loved the balcony and lounging areas. Starbucks downstairs is nice. Would definitely stay here again.

No options for self parking. Valet takes a while to get your vehicle. We were in a rush and it made us late to our destination. (Not valets fault, as there are many cars to grab at times with not many people to handle them all). I like having access to my car at any time without having to rely on someone to get it for me. Especially for $32 a night. Also didn't get to use the rooftop pool because it was closed and it was one of the reasons we booked there to begin with. On the website it has pictures and titled one of the suites as a "one bedroom king suite" with a separate bed area. They actually do not have this kind of room at the facility although it is listed as such.

The hotel is right in the centre of Orlando, a short walk from the park. There are also many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was a good size and clean. There is a small pool on the roof that provided a welcome relief from the heat. There are washing machines available for laundry and the hotel staff were happy to provide change for using them. Breakfast was decent and the staff were quite friendly.

The staff are friendly. The grill bar is very nice and the attendant is great. Food is good. Free light breakfast is a plus. The rooms are extra clean and very modern. The entire place is clean and pristine. The gym is very well equipped and larger than most. The laundry is modern and clean. Definitely a great place to relax. Will return in July.

Only valet is available. Wish they had self park but you can park on the street if you wish. We used the valet for convenience and the valet team are very nice.

Big spacious rooms. Aaron was so kind to upgrade us to a bigger room available so we were super comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.

Had to walk more than 10 min to find nice restaurants. Also had to ask everyday for room service but they always came. Car parking was next to hotel and we asked to keep car there (and they always did) and not to move it to near by location as we read about cars being broken into.

I loved my stay at home2suites. clean, modern, great location. room service. the room was very nice and roomy, DEFINITELY worth the money. I will be staying here again.

I’m not a fan of the $32 a day for the valet parking but I still would stay again!!

Liked the calet parking, but not the price! If youre staying at a hotel, you shouldnt have to pay extra for parking. That was a new one for me. Everywhere ive been and this was a first! Bar was night to have on sight. Jessica was great!

Having to pay alot of extra fees for this or that. Even the tipping system u had. If i did it in ur online web. Who puts fees on tips? I paid enough for everything else. Weird.
