The beds were very comfortable, and the children enjoyed the pool immensely. The grounds were nice as well.

I was told every other day the room would be cleaned, they did not come on Friday. I had to pay to park in the hotels parking lot. Someone also pooped in the pool and we had to wait to enter, a man was playing with himself while we were there as well. The breakfast was also not impressive.

Breakfast was good!!! Each morning they had a few different things from the day before so you was not stuck eating same thing every morning. Mickey waffles was amazing and the kids loved it!!

Hotel itself was amazing. Only dislike was the shuttle they provide. they only make 2 runs in am and 2 I believe in afternoon and since we had 4 days planned at Disney we had to drive there ourselves not knowing when we was coming back etc. Last Hotel we stayed at for Disney you can leave and return anytime with their shuttle service. Being that close to the parks they should do better shuttles.

The rooms were so comfortable, the kitchen area was nice. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, they could use some more chairs, and the staff were all very friendly.

Best to pre-book ubers. They are scarce in the area if you are looking for a quick pick-up. Not really a hotel problem. Wish the large firepit was working.

The room is enormous and has a good kitchen and bathroom, with workspace and lounge area as well as 2 king size beds. It's a new build property (as at Sep 2024) so everything is modern and it all works. They have a decent gym and laundry, although the 2 are in the same place which is a bit odd. Lots of nice outdoor grills and a great pool with slide for both adults and children alike. There is lots of parking but you have to pay $10 per night for it. Apparently they have Disney shuttles but I didn't use them since I had a rental car. In the area there are lots of new hotels so they have built a Target, gas station and lots of food outlets that are practically in the parking lot! It's 15 minutes by car/bus to Disney.

The free breakfast is a good addition but a total bun fight. I went down once in the 7 days I was there and avoided it the rest of the time. Lots of pushing and shoving at the counters and cutting in line, not enough seating and lots of loud noise. Not my thing. I went to Target and picked up some food I could keep and prepare in my room.

The hotel facilities are all new and everything is clean. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, and there are a lot of different restaurants available at a walking distance. There is also a Wallgreens and Target in front of the hotel. The location is great, especially if you are going to the Disney parks, all of them are 15min distant by car. Universal are a bit far but in 30min by car we got there. The pool area is great to relax after a busy day around Orlando and the parking lot is spacious. We loved our stay there and would definitely come back.

The parking could be free, the water flow in the showers could be stroger and the kitchen could be more equipped as it is difficult to cook with only a small pan.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of selections. The room was very nice and cozy. We had a very nice view.

One of the staff members I interacted with was very rude and unhelpful. Even approaching with a smile and simple question ("Could you please tell me if there's a place where I can fill up my water bottle.") There was absolute disdain dripping from her. I also had a couple questions about the shuttle service and she actively walked away from me as I was trying to ask her something. I don't know why you would work at a place like this when you so clearly hate people. However, the bartender, Tony, was absolutely delightful. Very interesting and kind.

Property is pretty, nice amenities, quiet area, great proximity to the parks. Easy access to tollway. Our son loved the pool, and the water slide was a perk. Firepits are nice for chilly nights. Rooms were quiet. Area offers some great places to grab food nearby.

Bed a little hard, but the room met all our needs, was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast could be a bit better. More choices. We requested no housekeeping most days, and every day, someone entered our room, even after we again requested no housekeeping.

The property was clean, had all amenities, the rooms were very spacious. Location was close to Disney parks and walking distance to target and some other restaurants. They have free shuttle to Disney parks as well.

There’s no daily room cleaning, also we weren’t offered drinking water bottles where as the description says each room gets 2 bottles per day, on check out we got to know that we need to ask for drinking water bottles. Breakfast was bad in terms of taste as well as the spreads available

I really appreciated the comfort, the structure of the hotel, the cleanliness and the location, especially for those going to Disney. The swimming pool and gym are also very good. Another positive factor was that I rented a car and had no problems finding parking spaces and if there were there were plenty of parking spaces on the other side of the street in front of the hotel. Anyway, I recommend the Hotel.

I don't have what I didn't like about the hotel. But in order to improve, I believe that the breakfast, which is good, could be even better, with the availability of more fruit and scrambled eggs without mixes.

Comfortable beds & sofa bed, lovely large suite for 6 of us, and kitchenette with roll out table was perfect for food, dining, take aways etc. Laundry is so convenient, and gym had great equipment too. Swimming pool was larger than expected, and the kids loved the slide. Perfect in everyway and despite any criticisms, would stay here again as it's great value.

Charged for parking (I thought it was free). Breakfast was only average - it's too busy with not enough seating, poor selection of cereals, muffins awful, and nobody can fry an egg for you. The only decent thing are the waffles which you have to queue up for, the longest was 20mins, but worth it on most days if you're not in a rush.
