What can I say about this beautiful hotel, It was amazing in so many ways. First, the location is fantastic. nice and close to the Disney parks (15 minute drive) but when you enter Flamingo crossings it seems like your own little community, with restaurants and shopping right there at the ready. We loved the pool (with a slide) and even took advantage of the onsite coin laundry (so convenient) Our room was perfect! Had everything you need while being away from home. dishes, silverware, full size fridge, even a hot plate!

I was surprised that there was no safe/lock box in the room to securely store valuables. This left us feeling a little uneasy when leaving the room for the whole day. We had to request our room be cleaned (on day 3) and towels be replenished. I assumed this would be done automatically but I guess not, it would have been nice if this was communicated at check in. We were in the room for 7 nights and it was cleaned once.

It was my third time vising Orlando and my first time at this hotel - by far the best I have ever stayed at! I had a great vacation! Everything exceeded my expectations: the room (King Studio) was large enough, having every facility a studio should have; it was super clean, the air conditioning was easy to set up high or low; the poolside area is awesome; the breakfast very good; the staff went above and beyond to try to charge my phone before checking out (my charger adapter wasn't cooperating well with the outlet). If you are in need of some necessary things (even in the middle of the night), the hotel has a mini-store; you can buy detergent, sunscreen, snacks, microwavable soups and other foods, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, fruits, toys etc. The area has a Target across the street, a few very good restaurants, a Five Below... All in all, I had an awesome stay!

It's not that I didn't like it, but I really did miss having vegetables at breakfast. It was in no way a minus for me, having Target just across the hotel!

All in all very perfect! The employees were very nice and helpful. We were even able to stay one our longer as I was ill the last day. Disneyparks and Universal Park are quite close and reachable via uber. Shuttle service runs very late so not really recomendable..

Breakfast is horrible! Only pork! No kosher food! No fruit, no fish! Coffee was okish. The rest was mainly fat and sugar! the really have to rethink this! No foodoptions are close. Only a Target-Market is 5 min away.

- size of unit excellent - pool and gym good - location with a small village containing shops and restaurants in front, excellent - easy access, easy parking - Disney Park bookings in the lobby was excellent. Very competent and helpful employees. - fully equipped kitchen with dining table excellent

- lack of one serviced restaurant operated by one of the 2 hotels - ice provided by a machine on each floor but no filtered water! - breakfast buffet closing too early at 9 am. Should be 10.30 am - no slippers provided - no hand shower in addition to a fixed shower head provided in the bathroom

The property was exceptionally clean and my room was too. Breakfast is good for Americans; a lot of variety. For someone Vegan and for Asians, it’s too much on the sweet side. No flavors. But my kids loved Mickey shaped Waffles and Bagels. For me, there is nothing much on Vegetarian side. Proximity to Disney World is great (about 5 miles). Loved the kitchen with electric stove, full size refrigerator. It was very useful for us. And luckily, we got a pool side view. Not a fan of that but pool side view towards Disney parks gives you a view of Magic Kingdom fireworks from the comfort of your room.

We stayed for 5 days and it wasn’t full serviced even once. They gave us new sheets and towels on 4th evening but that’s all and that upon requesting twice. We were 4 and we got one king bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed is horrible for longer stays. I suggest you get two queens if available. And there is parking fee even though there is a huge parking garage for the hotel.

Location was excellent, only five minutes from disney. If you're holiday is simply centred on visiting disney and the other theme parks car hire is not necessary, free shuttle buses to the disney park and you can just avail of uber taxis who have great rates. Hotel facilities from the outdoor swimming pool to the gym were excellent. Cable and satellite TV channels available like showtime also. Cleanliness of hotel was excellent also as were the staff. Nearby Target store was big plus too.

Nothing really. Maybe a choice of a few more restaurants closer by but it seems in the near future there will be more setting up in the area. It's only a five minute drive to kissimmee if you need a better selection of restaurant.

-The location was great, as it was close to disney world but also you had enough restaurant options and coffee places, which you could reach by foot -Our room was clean -Bed and Pillows were comfortable -Pool area very spacious -Our flight was canceled last minute and the gave us politely enough time after our check-out to figure our problem out from our room.

-The Air-condition unit was noisy even if it was switched off -You couldn't open the windows in the room -Paper and plastic cutlery / plates for eating breakfast -Alternative milk options would be nice

Cleanliness

Two staff members a red head at night followed my daughter and I to the pool area at night to remove us from there even though the door was opened. Same woman later told my daughter to get off the luggage carrier, my daughter had cut her leg and didn't want to walk. She was unnecessarily confrontational. The day I left I called in the morning a male answered, I asked for help with my luggage, I am ADA and he said he had no one available. I didn't mention I was ADA. I had mentioned this incident to the woman who checked me out she was kind and polite and said she would address the matter.

The pool was great for my kids. Location es very near Disney parks and you could see the fireworks, partially, from the pool and room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Breakfast. For adults it was always the same, powder eggs, potatoes and sausage. For my kids they have the Mickey shaped waffles which they loved, I just didn’t like the adults option. In addition, It’s a pet friendly hotel and my kids are a little afraid from dogs. Sometimes, when a dog would enter the elevator the smell would stay. However, the staff would clean it asap.

Spacious room, well equipped. It even includes a kitchen with dish washer. Bathroom was clean upon arrival. Air-conditioning worked great. The bed was really comfortable. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. And best of all: the Disney parks are nearby, which means you don't break the bank on taxi fares.

The breakfast buffet had a wide range of products, but was mostly geared towards American tourists. As a European, the choices of things that I like to eat for breakfast were a bit limited.
