What can I say about this beautiful hotel, It was amazing in so many ways. First, the location is fantastic. nice and close to the Disney parks (15 minute drive) but when you enter Flamingo crossings it seems like your own little community, with restaurants and shopping right there at the ready. We loved the pool (with a slide) and even took advantage of the onsite coin laundry (so convenient) Our room was perfect! Had everything you need while being away from home. dishes, silverware, full size fridge, even a hot plate!

I was surprised that there was no safe/lock box in the room to securely store valuables. This left us feeling a little uneasy when leaving the room for the whole day. We had to request our room be cleaned (on day 3) and towels be replenished. I assumed this would be done automatically but I guess not, it would have been nice if this was communicated at check in. We were in the room for 7 nights and it was cleaned once.

It was my third time vising Orlando and my first time at this hotel - by far the best I have ever stayed at! I had a great vacation! Everything exceeded my expectations: the room (King Studio) was large enough, having every facility a studio should have; it was super clean, the air conditioning was easy to set up high or low; the poolside area is awesome; the breakfast very good; the staff went above and beyond to try to charge my phone before checking out (my charger adapter wasn't cooperating well with the outlet). If you are in need of some necessary things (even in the middle of the night), the hotel has a mini-store; you can buy detergent, sunscreen, snacks, microwavable soups and other foods, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, fruits, toys etc. The area has a Target across the street, a few very good restaurants, a Five Below... All in all, I had an awesome stay!

It's not that I didn't like it, but I really did miss having vegetables at breakfast. It was in no way a minus for me, having Target just across the hotel!

All in all very perfect! The employees were very nice and helpful. We were even able to stay one our longer as I was ill the last day. Disneyparks and Universal Park are quite close and reachable via uber. Shuttle service runs very late so not really recomendable..

Breakfast is horrible! Only pork! No kosher food! No fruit, no fish! Coffee was okish. The rest was mainly fat and sugar! the really have to rethink this! No foodoptions are close. Only a Target-Market is 5 min away.

I love this hotel, the suites are so comfortable and spacious, and they allow you to bring your dog, which allows me to have vacation. The pool is gorgeous, outdoor bar and grills. Flamingo crossings has some great restaurants, Lime fresh mexican is awesome. Target is right there if you need something. Dunkin donuts for your coffee fix, wendys is open late. So close to disney and not too far from universal either. Very affordable and modern compared to some others. Lobby and room smelled great, everything was clean.

Breakfast was just awful. I don't know what they did to breakfast, last time I was there it was great.

The property is situated in an up and coming yet quiet area, close to DisneyWorld. There are plenty of local amenities such as a Target and eateries within walking distance of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with excellent facilities for our stay. The hotel includes breakfast and parking during our stay which provided excellent value for us. The location is amazing! You're never more than 15 minutes from any Disney Park and the area doesn't suffer from much traffic congestion. The staff were very friendly and attentive as well.

One maintenance issue in our room which took longer than we would have liked to get sorted. Similarly when a bin wasn't emptied. On both occasions we had to mention it again to the staff on the front desk.

Loved this place. Great location great value for money. The staff that stuck out as being particularly lovely to us (and I’m SO sorry I didn’t get your names so have to describe!) Blonde lady works food bit , made a fuss of my son and so lovely Guy that worked on bar sounded like Seth Rogan, thank you for explaining percentages and not making me feel stupid! Black guy on reception, so so warm and friendly to us you made us feel so welcome The manager, thank you for comforting us during the hurricane. We can’t wait to come back and hope to see you guys again!

My suite was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, and also quiet, which I was grateful for given that it was a high-season week. My room was refreshed several times during the week which was more than enough for my needs. The iron and ironing board seemed brand new and were welcoming to use. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was super comfortable. The room had literally dozens of power outlets, which made device charging easy. I appreciated the offerings of eggs, fruit, yogurt and other healthy options at the complimentary breakfast buffet, as well as the opportunity to eat breakfast outside on their patio where there was lots of fresh air and a nice view. The location was conveniently accessible via ride share to my daily business meeting destination inside the Disney World area; the hotel also offers free (I think) scheduled shuttle bus transportation to the Magic Kingdom, etc. Some of my colleagues appreciated that there is a Target within short walking distance. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

It would have been lovely to have had a tea kettle and a Nespresso machine in the room. There is a Japanese BBQ restaurant quite close by but in general there didn't seem to be a lot of local nightlife within easy walking distance. This wasn't a problem for me personally, but if your goal is to be in the middle of all of the action 24/7 then this might not be the place for you.

The property is exceptional, with great amenities and awesome infrastructure. However, the general cleanliness of the property has significantly declined in quality. Sofas, carpets, pillows, and mattresses in the rooms have deteriorated noticeably over the past couple of years. Additionally, allowing pets to stay on the premises has further lowered the hotel's overall standard and category.

During my stay, I noticed a lot of guests with pets, which was quite disappointing. The constant barking, the general odor in the rooms, and the visible stains on the dining chairs and sofas made the experience far less enjoyable. These issues really stood out and negatively impacted the overall quality of my stay.

- size of unit excellent - pool and gym good - location with a small village containing shops and restaurants in front, excellent - easy access, easy parking - Disney Park bookings in the lobby was excellent. Very competent and helpful employees. - fully equipped kitchen with dining table excellent

- lack of one serviced restaurant operated by one of the 2 hotels - ice provided by a machine on each floor but no filtered water! - breakfast buffet closing too early at 9 am. Should be 10.30 am - no slippers provided - no hand shower in addition to a fixed shower head provided in the bathroom

Lovely, clean new hotel. We loved the location in Flamingo Crossings. It has a supermarket and restaurants etc within walking distance. Loved the lobby, the large clean bedrooms and the slide and swimming pool. Loved the complimentary breakfast and the complimentary food on a Wednesday evening. Staff were helpful and attentive. Couldn’t fault it.

There was a bit of a drain smell around the sun-loungers around the pool. I would have preferred less ‘Mexican’ spicey type items for breakfast. Maybe some fruit salad would be nice. The sofa bed in the bedroom wasn’t really suitable for adults, the mattress was too thin. The toilet area is a bit small. I would have preferred a smaller kitchen and a bigger bathroom. I wish the property had a hot tub. These are minor things though, the hotel was great.
