This was the cleanest and best appointed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The complimentary items in the room were all a traveler needed. I especially appreciated the almost full size refrigerator/freezer. The sheets and pillowcases were super smooth and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I honestly thought this was a brand new hotel and I was the first guest to stay in my room. Breakfast was good and I had no trouble finding a place to eat. There was a good variety of items to eat and drink, they were displayed nicely, and what I chose was fresh. The dining area, and various display cases and appliances were clean and well placed.

While quite adequate I believe the quality of eating utensils could have been better. The knives and forks seemed a bit flimsy and I struggled at times to safely cut some of the food. During the peak breakfast hours the two waffle machines could not keep up with the demand. Three machines would have decreased the waiting time and four would have eliminated the line of people waiting to use them.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help you with anything. Room was spacious and very clean. Location was perfect for what we needed.

Only two sets of towels were available in the room so we had to keep always asking for more towels. I think it’s reasonable to leave at least 4 sets of towels per room al the time. Breakfast was really good, but since there is only 1 toaster, 1 point of break and 1 point if everything else, there was long lines during the weekend.

The room was lovely and clean. It was spacious and the facilities offered were excellent. We used this hotel to relocate during hurricane Ian, so having access to the kitchenette (and complimentary hot plate) was perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Some of the breakfast hot food on offer was a bit cheap and cheerful, sausage and egg muffin wasn't to my taste, but made up for by the lovely waffles that you make fresh yourself. There are lots of other options including fruit and cereals.

We are locals, and I must say we loved this hotel. Rooms were super clean, and the location was amazing, just 11 minutes away from Seaworld and Aquatica and 25 minutes away from Disney parks. Breakfast was nice, and the hotel is pet friendly.

That we had to leave, no problems whatsoever.

Everything was Very good, Beautiful room and super comfortable, bathroom little bit small but shower was amazing. Clean and smell good! The location was very good, easy to park my USV.

Breakfast, not to much alternatives, food was cold, and juices warm. The area looked disordered and not clean the same with the tables to enjoy our breakfast.

The staff was great - Ramon and Taylor were extremely helpful and pleasant

The pan that came in the bag with the cooktop was dirty and Teflon was very scratched. Wish that a regular sauce pan would have been included. Toaster was not good at all. Perhaps look toward including either a small toaster oven or Insta Pot in Home 2 Suites.

Breakfast was great, I’m a fan of the coffee. We traveled with my seven month old daughter and the pack and play provided was good. It’s actually the same one we have at home! Also the staff was very helpful. I loved the front desk lady, although I don’t know her name.

Everything was perfect.

The room, coffee ok - real milk should though be available for coffee all day. Great with breakfast until 10.00.

Breakfast could be better and with some variation instead of the same every day. Pool area should be more inviting. Prices in market should be better so you do not need to buy everything elsewhere. .

The staff was extremely welcoming and very nice. They made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfy. The kitchen came stocked with cups and dishware that we needed. The bads were clean and very comfortable, Even the sofa bed.

The pool could have been a little bit warmer but it was also January in Florida.

Newer Hotel, Clean, Very pleasant Front Desk staff! Very nice atmosphere!

Housekeeping was aggressive in trying to get you to check out. Check-out is at 12:00 Noon; Housekeeping tried to get in at 11:10 and again at 11:35... Annoyed & Rushed. Quality of some food for Breakfast was sub-par.
