I was so pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a place amid a sea of "bad experiences" hotels. I came here straight from a hospital where someone had stolen my wheelchair. They immediately put me in a handicapped room (which I hadn't even thought to ask for), a wonderful man brought all my belongings to my room, and they even came up with a walker for me to use! The entire staff-from the front desk staff to the housekeepers, were so friendly and helpful...it was amazing! The breakfast was plenty and surprisingly good. I loved every minute there...will definitely return.

The only thing that threw me was that the room smelled a little moldy; this could have been due to the fact that no one had used the handicap room recently.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We booked this room last minute to be close to the airport for an early flight. The desk clerks were stressed because a booking site had not closed the hotel to guests, yet they were full. They were very patient and polite with all customers, even the angry ones. We did not stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

This is located in what we consider a less than desirable neighborhood however it was only 10 minutes from the airport.

I liked soooo much the breakfast, but eating area is a little small. Tables were cramped and some people came and couldn't find a seat. I'm also grateful of the staff as I was coming from the airport and our flight was delayed arriving there after midnight. I called to let them know we needed the room even though we would get there really late and they honored our booking on a full Saturday that many people were looking for a place to stay.

Narrow stairs to the second floor, no elevator.

it’s clean and comfy and serves its purpose. we come every time we need to be in Orlando. before we found this place we used to spend three times the amount of this room and get exactly the same amenities and frills. I won’t put the hotel I am speaking of on blast but just know it’s a large hotel chain and we have found more dirt in their rooms than we did in here at Garnet. and we paid three four times the amount that we did here.

nothing it’s all good we enjoy it here they go out of their way to accommodate you within their means. the lady who checked us in this time was so sweet and so quick we were not at the front desk longer than 7 min. she is good at her job. she was short and looked to be Hispanic.

As always the front desk staff was very nice, friendly. Comfortable beds, cold a/c, quiet motel, clean, and there's a decent Latin restaurant next door. Worth the stay.

Satellite tv signal was spotty at times.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice and pool area was clean. The location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. Overall when enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The refrigerator in our room didn't work and the ice machines barley made ice. The beds are pretty high and for short legs you may need a boost. Lol but overall it was a nice stay.

The little old lady at the front desk was super sweet and was on top of everything. The room was very clean and smelled good too, but the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I slept through the night for the first time in months. It was like a cloud.

Big place. Big grounds. :Swimming pool. Garden. Convenient. Quiet. Good A/C. Restaurant next door. 7/11 close by. Just a few miles from the airport. Big room. Well decorated. Clean and smelled clean. King size bed. Big flat screen. Lot; of channels.

No internet. They said it was broken. The phone in the room was not connected. It did not even have a cable connecting it to the wall. No travel toothbrush or toothpaste in the room. That is really about all.

Good value for the price and the location was just 10 minutes from my parking to get to the airport. It was clean, price and location were great, and I will use them again on my next stopover.

There was a place for breakfast and I expected at least coffee and pastries but there was nothing in the morning. Usually there is a place to open a suitcase and leave it open for convenience, but there was not a surface to do this other than the bed or the floor, so it had to be repacked and set in a corner so I could go to bed. Usually there is a folding thing beneath the hanging clothes where it can be left open.
