Convenient location for an early morning flight.

Waited well over an hour for shuttle. It was late and called 3 times before we actually got picked up.

walking in the hotel does appear to be clean, only one elevator working at the time but the wait to get on wasnt terrible. breakfast was great choices like pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, granola, sausage, bacon, eggs regular or with peppers and onions, potatoes, coffee and orange juice. the pool was nice and clean, towels were available for use at the pool. room was clean didnt notice any dirty spots stains or bugs in the room. at some point during our stay housekeeping did come in and clean up the room for us, used laundry facilities its $4 to wash and to dry, front desk will give you quarters. all in all my stay was good i got a great nights sleep, if im ever back in orlando i would visit again. close to airport. ihop, tgifridays and a host of other restaurants and liquor store are close by, also a cuban food truck with delicious food is parked outside the liquor store.

front desk staff could smile and be more engaging, not saying they have to throw confetti when someone walks in or up to the desk, but atleast flash a little friendly customer service.

Room was clean. Housekeeping fantastic. Ladies should have raise. So polite and they care about the job. Hope this will be passed to the management of Ramada Airport Orlando.

Men on reception.I think I was burden for him. Didnt explain charges. Didn't explain how much is deposit. If I didnt familiarise myself with policy I would be suprise with charge on my CC. As I admire that you speak many languages, please do not speak different language in on front of me. Is simple rude. I dont know if you spek to me or to your colleague I was feeling uncomfortable.

First we were unable to request for an early check-in the day before our arrival but on our way their at about 8am, i had called to request an early check in but i was told we would be waitlisted for it and might not be able to get a room until noon. On getting to the property, the lady at the lobby who was the same person I spoke to over the phone was very kind enough to get a room at around 10am which really helped as my toddler was beginning to get restless. I also loved the fact that the staff went above and beyond at providing my toddler the one thing he wanted to eat at that point in time-banana! The staff was kind enough to let us know that their supplier was on their way and would let us know when they brought the fruits that night. True to their word, another staff actually brought it up to our room when it eventually arrived. That was very thoughtful of them, a great experience and a life saver for the very exhausted parents of a very picky eater visiting from Canada! Amazing customer service experience for sure!

The bath tub was clogged so water didn't flow freely. The shower head was also rusted and looked very old. Both could definitely use an upgrade.

Convenient location to airport. Free shuttle. But won’t close proximity even hired car is affordable. Great breakfast options in large dining/lobby area. The suite with sitting area and kitchenette is roomy and comfortable.

Likely the popularity of this place is showing with wear in the bathrooms. I have seen loose and drippy shower heads that don’t adjust and broken pieces of the shower surround that were just caulked back in place rather than having the shower surround completely replaced. The bathroom is pretty basic, but the sink and open dressing area makes up for it somewhat. The price of a stay has increased in the last year or two but I don’t see updates.

Everything is fine

The hotel was clean, the staff was polite and kind, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the airport, and the hotel shuttle was great, to and from the airport. We were traveling to Tampa and this was our first destination with a cheaper flight into Orlando. We arrived at 11 pm at night and the shuttle picked us up and took us o the hotel. We waited 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after we had our bags. The next morning, we woke up and ate, asked for the shuttle to take us to the airport rental, and we waited 20 minutes for a ride. Great hotel.

Nothing I did not like.

This was exactly what I thought it would be... good value for money and near the airport. Our room was quite large and had a little kitchen and dining table which we didn't use as we were only there one night. It was clean and the breakfast was good enough plenty of choice and also nice and hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Good shuttle service to and from the airport. So for what I needed, all in all, a very good hotel

nothing everything was fine as I said a good airport hotel and great value for money. Great for a quick stop over or for a couple of days but no more as there's nothing much to do around and about. Plenty of restaurants though

8 minutes drive from the airport, easy to find after a long journey with long queues to pick up rental car! Free parking and plenty of space. Very good choice for breakfast, our favourite of the trip. Shame the plates etc were polystyrene and plastic but there were recycling bins available. Free access to hot drinks 24 hours. Very helpful staff, particularly breakfast staff and when 5e hairdryer in the room needed fixing. Spacious, comfortable room, next to a busy road (convenient for getting around) but traffic couldn’t be heard. Restaurants nearby.

Some airplane noise but that’s to be expected!
