For the price it was excellent. If your expecting the Ritz then don't do it. I read the complaints about breakfast. There were make your own waffles, Mini muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, certainly enough to fill you for your morning tasks. The beds were comfortable the tv worked. And you are right next to Icon Park. For the price it was awesome.

The 2 things I didn't like was the toilet made this awful whistling noise when you flushed it. The second I complained 2 times to the front desk that our refrigerator didn't work and nothing was done about it.

Breakfast was fair. I stayed at three other properties during this same trip, all booked through booking.com, and the other two hotels had a better breakfast. For example, eggs and sausage or turkey patties, besides the other fares, which Quality Inn did not have, even though it was the most expensive stay of the three.

Two out of three front desk were not nice, the third one was very pleasant. But they all should be. Rooms were nice and clean, beds comfy. Pool area very nice, but didnt use. TVs could be better. There were no smells in our room, no hairs, no dirt and no bugs of any kind. We had no problem with most of the ammenities. Most worked fine. A/C was great.

THE LOCATION.. AND A SHOUT-OUT FOR UR EMPLOYEE I DONT GET THE NAME OF THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS IN THE NIGHT SHIFT WHEN WE CHECK IN AT 2 AM ALMOST.....FRIDAY 28....OF JULY, KEEP HER ....SHE WAS EXCELLENT. ..PPL LIKE THAT.....ITS WHAT THIS WORLD NEEDS.

All good except the lady from the breakfast room. She was not polite. She even take the milk. I was using and told me that it has to be in the place she put it. She yell at kids for taking stuff to eat outside, and I understand rules but the attitude is the problem. Thank Jesus the mother wasnt there...

Breakfast was waffle making. How about hot eggs and a toaster. My room did not have a microwave.

Knowing that they have a set schedule of cleaning the room every 3 days. First 2 days i.put out the do not disturb sign. On 3rd day did not put out the sign and assumed they would clean a replenish it. Went to the housekeeping women. No one spoke English. One even had me talk into her phone with a translation app. Asked the manager at the desk for help. He said he would take care of it. Came back at 5PM and my room was not cleaned. Back to.the desk to get clean towels and coffee pods.

A great location and room for the price, breakfast was simple but enough to fill up until lunch. Free shuttles to Disney were ideal. Nothing luxurious but a very comfortable bed makes a great place to rest after a long day in the heat. About a 5 minute walk to Walgreens which was great for picking up food and drinks. Staff were also very kind and helpful!

Rooms are a bit outdated with a bit of wear and tear, small enough TV but still decent for the price and location of the hotel.

My Family and I have stayed at this location before after hurricane Irma. We liked the location because it’s so close to Icon park but also very quiet! The pool is great and the hot tub is too! They also have a little kiddie pool for little ones! They have a barefoot bar and grill right next to the pool! My three daughters and I stayed here four nights. The room was very spacious with two beds and a couch! Also a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and two sinks!

There were a couple things I didn’t like this time that I don’t remember dealing with last time. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The water pressure was barely there and having four females with long hair was hard to even get the shampoo out! Also COVID is pretty much over and they don’t offer Any type of breakfast at all not even a prepackaged breakfast which was very disappointing. They have a great breakfast area that we enjoyed the last time so I was really hoping some sort of breakfast would be offered.

Everything was good, the staff was A++, very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. Parking was great, the location excellent, there were lots of restaurants, and fun things to do close by.

The room needed to be deep cleaned, and we did see a few cockroaches. The fridge and micro were very outdated. Other than that it was a great stay.

The location is the best. We got a big room so we had too much space for shopping bags

One of the reasons I booked this hotel besides location was for the breakfast included but when I got there they said they don't serve breakfast due to the corona virus, thing that I understand, but they should take off the ad about the breakfast included in booking.com because it could be misleading.

Breakfast needs to have more food and fruits, needs grits and gravy that would be nice. And need small bottles of milk and chocolate milk that would be good. maybe a hot bar with eggs and bacon. But all in all it was good. Needed towels out by pool. I know it was cold when we went but we still got in the hot tub. And I like my room cleaned up and stocked every day, but that didn't happen. I had the front desk bring me more towels and wash rags to have. I do not use the same ones over and over.

The room was of good size - right outside of pool. Plenty of good parking. Staff was pleasant. Good location - easy to get to places. Would consider staying there again if visiting Orlando. The low price was an excellent bonus.

Expected a hot breakfast but what we got was a lady (not wearing a mask) handing out breakfast sandwiches and a muffin. No real choices or any fruit. Not sure why they are choosing certain covid pre-cautions and not others especially since numbers are low and people should have a choice of what pre-cautions they feel they need to take. Coffee was just ok - nothing to write home about.
