We had a great experience at this hotel, We enjoyed our stay, It was comfortable and clean, We are simple ppl and not hard to please, we stay humble so the rooms, the hotel and everything was fine for us. The rate we paid to stay for 3 nights was well worth it and affordable, The maintenance guy Louis was amazing and the housekeepers was on it everyday! It's in an excellent location, The only downside I would say is the hotel allows pet so our room had a dog smell which we don't do pets in our house so that sucked being we had a one year old also who likes to play well on the floor, But like I said we are easy to please so I went out and bought some Lysol and febreze 👍

The faint smell of dog and the parking violation, along with our fridge did not work, But maintenance was in our room in 10 minutes and accommodating our needs and getting it fixed. let me add if u are a guest there u get free parking and if for some reason u get a violation bring it to the front and as long as ur info is good and up to date in their system the manager/staff will make sure to get it taken care of for you! Also the dog smell sucked but I went out and got Lysol and febreze 👍

I really liked the location to everything, restaurants, trolleys, parks, entertainment centers, Sea World, /Disney Parks, gift shops, Icon Park and highways in and out of towns near by to visit. The rooms were clean and spacious and nice views to the main street. Staff was professional and helpful each time approached for information or requests on services.

Would have been nice to get more of a hot breakfast selection besides waffles when staying more than three days at this beautiful location. I did although enjoy everything else offered at the breakfast bar. The area was kept clean and fully stocked and enough space to sit before going to the Orlando Parks for a full day of actives. Please can you possibly give the guest a second trip, bus to Sea World at a later time to go and return back after 7pm. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Noreen Lovo

Truly a great value. We chose this hotel as it is pet friendly. My family enjoyed the breakfast every morning which consisted of waffles, cereal, bagels, a variety of muffins, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juice, and coffee. They have a gym and pool which was a super nice bonus to our stay. The location is excellent as it's right across the street from Icon Park. The hotel is walking distance from plenty of restaurants, gift shops, and a mini golf course. The staff is also wonderful. We will book here again.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Great add ons like microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean and newer. They actually had decent TV channel selections and Netflix and chromecast available to watch your own shows. Also a great location if you’re going to the convention center and right next to Icon Park.

The only issues we had were with the elevators. They would either get stuck on a floor and never come up or they would shake rattle and roll or jump all of a sudden which was terrifying! also a bit slow but that’s just me nitpicking

Very clean hotel the bed was so comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good plenty to eat. You could make your own waffles which was very popular with the guests. Really close to Icon park a couple of minutes walk and Pirates cove golf which was really fun is across from the hotel. Also there’s a i-ride bus that can take you around for 2$. Enjoyed our stay would stay here again.

The pool was the only let down needed a clean some leaves floating and needs a update but still very good.

I loved that i could bring pets and the pet fee is pretty cheap 25$. The location has everything its great we been here 2 times already love it. Our dog had plenty of places to walk on property staff was very nice. Its cheaper then most in this area but its still looks really nice and fancy. Love it will go here again for sure.

One of the main elevators were down on our second stay but honestly not a problem loved everything here!

Everything was great...the hotel itself was super clean the room was clean...the office staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful and felt safe. We ordered food from a pizza place and it was delivered right to our door. Awesome area Icon Park is right across the street. Loved seeing the ferris wheel outside our window, so pretty. Would definitely stay here again.

The mattress could have been softer. Other than that..not one thing to complain about.

The rooms were very large We were very surprised to see a couch and a office desk We did not expect the French doors leading to the bedroom. The bathrooms were large and very clean.

The 1st elevator we went up to the 3rd floor had a very bad musky smell As well as Entering our room I feel if you're gonna take the time to upgrade the rooms you should have gone the extra mile and upgraded the carpet as well In the operation of both T v's were a little difficult for us

Everything... Room was clean, staff was so pleasant, hotel was cleaner than hotels that don't except pets. My room was comfy and the location was neat everything I needed. Strong WiFi so I complete my work without issues. Continental breakfast with waffle makers was adequate and available 7a to 10a every day.

I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again. Some patrons need to be aware that their dogs bark constantly when they leave the room.

It was an older hotel and could use a refresh but it was clean. The price point was fair for what you are getting from the location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We requested some items and received them with in minutes! That was a nice surprise. Check in and out was easy and fast. Our room was ready upon arrival. The location was PRIME!!! You could walk to everything around Icon Park. There were so many restaurants and entertainment venues around the hotel, you shouldn't get board.

You can tell this is an older hotel The hotel pool and decking most definitely need to be refinished. We did not use it because it just didn't look "safe". You could see rust marks and staining. The room can use a refresh too. The base boards in the room were extremely dusty. The carpet needs to be replaced because it's beyond a deep clean. However, you can see it was clean in the important areas over the long-term wear and tear. I would like to see some fresh paint and new carpets to really give the hotel a updated look.
