Wonderful hotel. We were allowed to check in early which was a bonus.The room was like an apartment with kitchen area. Complementary breakfast was good and more than an adequate selection. Swimming pool was good,plenty of sun beds.Complimentary pool towels useful.

Too much plastic used at breakfast which felt wrong but assume a corporate decision. Marriott should take note of the environmental impact.

Everything except pool times.

The pool closed @9. Would've love at least 11pm especially after theme parks all day. Pool and hot tub later times.

Food prices were high.

At breakfast I went to grab my coffee and the lid at the station apparently didn’t fit and it spilt and got in my young child! Belkis happened to be walking by and she sprung into action and helped us immediately!!! I am so happy she was right there to help and direct me to the sink and help with the clean up! My daughter was not harmed because of her fast response to my actions!!!! Thank you so much !

We had to wait to get a seat at breakfast and we got kicked out of the pool at 10 pm in a Saturday! That’s a little silly to not be able to stay in a bit longer. We had a very long day and it was nice to have the pool to cool off and wind the kids down. Maybe just a bit longer would have been nice but over all the pool was great!

My family and I loved everything about Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld: the helpful and courteous staff, facility cleanliness, the clean room and sheets, loved the breakfast, the sink separate from the shower and toilet, the complete kitchen, the floor tiles on the bath area and the kitchen areas which was different from the living room and bedroom carpet, loved the all day complimentary coffee and juices at the lobby, complete pool and jacuzzi with a mini restaurant and full bar, loved the patio with available barbecues, the basketball and football play areas, the gym, the washer and dryer and the proximity to all the attractions and restaurants was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely will return and recommend to family and friends.

I am so glad I chose your Hotel because you really have a full package of great things to have a perfect vacation, my family and I thank you for such a wonderful experience, we will be visiting again soon, please keep up the great work and excellent customer service.

I loved the hotel. Our room was big and clean. All the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that we didn't have transportation this time around and everything was a little far walking distance. CVS was the closest store and it didn't sell what we went there for. The other thing was that when we got back from SeaWorld the one night and our floor was soaking wet like they had steam cleaned it and didn't dry, which was annoying because my daughter was sleeping on the floor. Other than that everything was great.

The room was a great size for my family of 5, kitchen had everything I needed. Beds were comfortable, and clean. When the cleaners came in while we were out for the day, everything looked great, after making the beds they folded my girls dolls clothes and neatly put them back on the bed, and sat their dolls on the bed, it was cute! The Staff was very friendly. My son loved the basketball court and my 2 girls loved the swimming pool and the music the DJ played, he was great with all the kids, and did many activities with them!! There was enough seating around the pool, where we sat I could see every angle of the pool! I highly recommend it here, my family will be staying again!

The red ants by the pool! And The staff I asked, said there wasn't a bathroom on the 1st floor, so we had to keep going to our room (3rd floor) on day 3/5 my husband happened to see one when we went into the weight room which is right outside the gate to the pool and basketball court!! So if anyone is wondering YES there is one! Lol

Breakfast was awesome! Cleanliness was awesome! Staff was very friendly! Our room was lovely with a nice view of the pool which was also great. The bar and grill off to the side of the pool had delicious drinks and the lizards everywhere were so delightful to watch outside. The hotel wasn't too busy and it exceeded all of our needs. Beds were comfortable, pillows were wonderful. It was in a great location that was not far off from everywhere we needed to go

I did not appreciate having to pay $15 for parking every night, that was very annoying.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved having a kitchenette area. The room service was amazing, the hotel grounds, lobby, and guest room were very clean

The sign with the times of Breakfast crowds was very helpful, but breakfast was the same each morning and the ladies helping to keep breakfast moving were really bombarded and somewhat rude. They tables were not cleaned between families sitting and several mornings trash from previous families were pilled up making it difficult to get to a table. The breakfast times/attention/and menu should be looked at as how can we streamline this process for all (employees and customers)

I was very impressed with the two bedroom suite we stayed in. The staff was super nice and breakfast was amazing! I felt like I was staying at an upscale hotel with how comfy the beds were. The Shuttle to Sea World and Aquatica was convenient also. There is a $17 parking Fee to pay for the shuttle service. I will use this property anytime I’m traveling in the area.

The pullout sofa bed in the couch had an uncomfortable mattress in my opinion. My Four year old grandson didn’t mind it, but not good for a heavier child or adult!
