This is our fourth or fifth time at this facility and we love this place we love the staff they're very kind however the last two times we stayed there the rooms were not as we expected this last visit they had us on the ground floor way in the corner by the dumpster and the utility room not what I was expecting. We kept hearing the noise of garbage coming down the garbage shoot. The refrigerator in the room was making a horrible noise kept me up. And we kept having to mop up the water coming out of the shower from the bottom door. Like I said I love this place and we will continue to use this facility however in the future hopefully they can accommodate us a little better. Other than that everything went fine.

The one bedroom we stayed in was very spacious with a nice balcony. It had a homey feel to it with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There's also a nice big bath tub to relax in as well as a separate shower. It's right across the street from Sea World and Discovery Cove and Aquatica are nearby as well. The pool is also within walking distance and easy to get to. Parking was also easy to find.

The shuttles to the theme parks only run at certain times in the mornings and not in the afternoons (only brings you back from the park then). We also had a bad experience with a rep when we attended the timeshare presentation that the hotel offers to attend in exchange for a gift card. She was very rude when we mentioned that we wanted to think about purchasing a timeshare instead of buying it in the moment through her and would not stop pressuring us. Initially we were interested in possibly purchasing it in the near future but now we will look elsewhere if we decide to do this since it left such a bad taste in our mouth because of her. If we had a different sales rep the experience probably would of been better.

Everything, updated rooms, very clean, staff is amazing. I stay here every time I'm in Orlando. Beautiful resort, food is good and fairly priced. Love the poolside activities. Enclosed screened in patios/balconies with ceiling fan. Free Starbucks coupons for coffee/water this is a win for sure! I always book the 1bdr king suite and it never disappoints. I love this resort. Moving to Orlando in a week but I will still book here for a getaway!

Absolutely nothing, this resort is awesome each time

This place has great parking right outside the building. Our room was in a block of buildings, with lift, looking like a range of apartment blocks, rather than a hotel. We had a really decent sized suite, which had a large comfortable bed; a kitchenette with huge microwave and oven; coffee maker with coffee supplied; a Jacuzzi bath; hot shower; outside balcony with table and chairs; two large TV's; A/C., and nice living room with table and chairs. We did not hear any noise from neighbours. Overall, this place represents good value for money. Good location for Disney etc. We could hear the fireworks!

We arrived at night, so there were no facilities. They had a shop where you can get coffee and snacks during the day, but at night there's nothing. So you have to arrive prepared if it's late (after 10pm).

We had never used this type of facility before and were a bit worried about what we would find, but the apartment was a lot better then we expected and the pool area very clean. The restaurant on site (pool side) was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and the food reasonably priced. Overall a lot better than expected.

We can not think of anything we did not like.

The Caribbean resort pools can't be beat! It screams vacation in every way. My family and I spent hours swimming and hanging by the pool where a live musician or DJ played music. Not to mention the playground, splash pad, and pool bar. It was perfection!

The interiors could be just a tad cleaner

The room was very large and everything was very comfortable. The pool area was awesome. enjoyed the food at the poolside grill.

Unfortunately the tap water has a slight smell, nothing horrible but definitely noticeable.

We cook so we didn't try the breakfast The cooking was nice n they provided all the utensils that was needed to cook a lovely meal

The size of the room was great. We had a 1 bedroom. Location was great. Close to convention center where I needed to be. Security gate. Felt like a safe area. Lots of parking. Screened in Balcony. Staff friendly. The lake had a variety of wild life. Live music every day.
