The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They had alot of snack behind the counter. The staff also answered all of our questions about restaurants and what to do around the area. Samantha was the reason we will book again. Samantha went out of her way to make sure she that the directions we were given to every place we wanted to go was accurately given, the extra pillow and shampoo was given also. I have told my family and friends knew about our stay.

The marina and restaurant were closed at the time and it was very windy. That experience brought us to the check in at the marina where we met 2 very nice gentleman. We talked to them for about an hour.

The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. The lady that checked us in was very nice and informative.

The hotel is a little further out of town o n we thought but not bad. The sad thing is the bar and grill at the on property marina was no longer in operation. We had intended to sit at the tiki bar on the water and enjoy a few drinks without having to drive anywhere (and possibly enjoy some food and live music - a relative told us they had both) but were disappointed that it had closed permanently just before our visit.

The hotel is situated a few minutes out of Palatka with all of it resources , it has a large parking area suitable for RV and boats etc with easy access off the highway with it being riverside many visitors would have direct access to the river system for boating fishing etc , there was no breakfast served at time of stay March 23 , but free coffee in the mornings , the rooms I found were spacious and everything worked as it should , cleaned to a good standard either as a base for the area or a spot to boat etc then this is a good choice at good price point .

My only gripe is given the curious design of the hotel there was some noise though not disruptive from the central atrium , the design is such that a large communal space is adjacent to many rooms that are off from it , there are seating areas but also a pool table , which attracts players at all ours so the clicking of balls etc is a bit odd at 5am .I think management might want to reconsider the situation of the table away from rooms where gusts are sleeping ? other than that no issues and I would stay again

it was a large comfortable room. There is a home-size refrigerator (we stayed there for daily bike rides and had a lot of food). They are cleaning every day, making the beds, and changing towels.

The hotel's site says they have a continental breakfast, but there is none, just a coffee, not even a tea or decaf coffee. The furniture, chairs in particular is really worn out. And they have this weared pond inside with fish which looks odd and dirty.

The hotel rooms are big and clean. Had everything that you would need. Beds were comfortable. It may not be a national chain but it’s really pretty nice for off the beaten path.

The lobby is strange but so what. It was a good stay and we will be back.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, the women at the front desk was very friendly, river view was great, great location, privacy of hotel.

Walls were thin and was able to hear a lot of noice, rooms were a little outdated, pull out beds need updated badly.

Beautiful site. Property location on the water made for a nice view and pictures . Cute koi pond inside. Front desk employees were professional and kind and very informative . The restaurant/bar on site was very cute. We had breakfast and choice to sit inside or outside in a screened in area (which is great idea for night time to protect from bugs) The food was made to order and was delicious. I was honestly very surprised. Biscuits and gravy are a must. Their sausage patties were as big as burger patties! And for a great price. Also seems like a nicely stocked bar. Easy access to boat slips and ramp on site. As a hotel worker myself for a Marina. I highly recommend to boaters. Ease of access to boat and rooms and restaurant on site is perfect for travelers. And the pool area was located right by the water. Nice view ad you swim. Although we didn't have time this visit, we did walk by and saw lounge chairs and clean pool area. There was also a couple of tables in the back of resort under the trees. Good little smoking area if you smoke. I will definitely be returning And highly recommend it.

Some inconsiderate neighbors but the front desk took care of the situation. They were not rude. Just probably didn't realize I was renting the room they decided to park in front of with lights on and bass going at 11 pm. After a long trip with two little kids. We were ready for sleep and couldn't with the lights and bass. It was quickly resolved. The layout of the room was odd. While the room was large and had king bed, Pull out sofa, Desk were all shoved towards the back of the room. Sorta cramped all together. Leaving so much room empty that you could easily fit another bed.

Staff and housekeeping were very friendly. We had a beautiful view of the river and the sunrise over the water.

They did not have a coffee station in the lobby every day. We enjoyed it when they did. The little coffee makers in the room are not as good as in the lobby.

The rooms were amazing in every aspect. The staff was very helpful and nice with any questions we had.

I like how the rooms are inside and the lobby is big enough for all of us to sit and mingle and let the kids play safely.
