The price was perfect and the location was good. Everyone on staff was extremely nice and helpful. Not one staff complaint.

There was a mildew type smell, but they were doing everything they could to combat that. It was a little dated, but that did not take away from the comfort or experience. I do wish the gym was open.

$250 hold on my card,noisy at 4a in the morning like someone is working on the pipes n the staff put us on the bottom floor which he said its pets on that floor.. i didnt understand why we had a rm on that floor when we have no pets or kids with us. I ask staff about it n he responded saying there are rules for the ones that has pets no noise rules smh I'll will never stay here again. I rather sleep in my truck in Walmart parking lot across the street frm u guys..

I liked the room in its entirety. The amount of towels were sufficient for my need,, the fact that the room had a refrigerator and microwave oven made my stay convenient

There was very little that I did not like, except that some mornings I was a late sleeper. and Breakfast had ended before I was up and about

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ample parking but could use a few more handicapped spaces.

Room was sparse. Very small room with virtually one chair to sit in. There was a sharp defect under the carpet by the window that was very uncomfortable to step on in bare feet or stocking feet. Towels were few and small. No one cleaned or straightened up our room in the four days we were there.

Nicole did a super job at check-in. She was courteous, cheerful and very helpful. It was great to deal with someone with such a positive attitude. We like the fact that the sink was located separately outside the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was substantial.

We wish there were more useful grab bars in the shower.

Nice location. Easy to get back on the Florida Turnpike. The staff was friendly, but extremely loud vocally. They were genuinely courteous but I didn’t like the volume while discussing my reservation at the desk with other people in earshot. The accommodations were quite nice for the price and far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast fell short of expectations. The pancakes were like chewing rubber. Next time I will opt for the alternative breakfast selections. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

I was only there one night so I can’t really find any complaints about the property other than the speaking volume of the front desk clerks.

The staff was exceptional, from the front desk to cleaning staff. Super friendly everyone of them. Very cordial and helpful. Suggest you keep everyone of them around because they keep your clientele extremely satisfied. Everyone staying there commented on how great they are! I will stay there every time I visit my kids from now on.

Would have liked an iron and ironing board in 5he room. Other than that no other recommendations.

Biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. The pancake maker was very cool too.

Ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor were turned off. Had to go to 1st floor for ice buckets. L

I am staying here while my apartment gets built and ready. I have tried out a few other locations in the area. I found Quality Inn to be above all others in the area. The friendliness of the staff has made my stay here enjoyable during a stressful time. Also with starting a new job and going through training they have made me feel at home. The price is a great value for what you receive. I would recommend Quality Inn to all travelers.

100% Smoke-free property. We could at least get a little 10ft X 10ft patch of grass out back somewhere.

I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels all over the country. This isn't the fanciest of hotels but really well run. Everything was well stocked. Staff was amazing. They cooked fresh cookies for guest every day. I was really impressed.
