location is great, room clean, good value

some of the food staff were not very pleasant

location, near a lot of restaurants. about 15 mins walk to the pier. clean. we had a 2 queen bedroom, very good bathroom. Wi-Fi is good for our needs (browsing..), as mobile carrier coverage was poor in the area.

nothing particularly. sometimes we wished location were closer to the pier as that’s where we spent our time, though it’s less than 5 mins by car. a/c was good on fan only as we stayed during since winter season, no comment there. easy to use, fair regular sound typical of hotels of this nature. you’ll need to pay extra for faster internet though we didn’t need to. no breakfast, there is a Starbucks-ish coffee and food at the lobby. we didn’t try their dinner so cannot judge, lots of restaurants in the area so didn’t matter really. wish it was cheaper (677$ including tax for 2 nights for a 2xqueens bedroom), though we arrived at high season New Year’s Eve so understandable.

the room was a good size and was super clean. The pool and gym facilities were kept clean. The front desk was extremely helpful in finding a place to rent beach equipment. The hotel is a great location it is extremely close to the beach.

The only thing that could have been better is the café was closed the days that we were staying. It would be great if they had some places to rent equipment on site. There is not much else that can be improved.

it’s nearness to the beach - 1 block from beach. walking distance to restaurants. Good size clean pool with tables & umbrellas as well as lounge chair. Parked Tues evening & didn’t drive again until we left on Friday.sightseeing trolley stop right outside lobby! Also Cara who greeted us Tues evening was very friendly and more than willing to provide helpful info re trolley & provides a list of restaurants within walking distance!

Bathroom could use a little sprucing up. however shower temp & pressure was very good. wasn’t aware prices would escalate each night - Tues reasonable, increased Wed & increases even more for Thurs night. Also, what is a “bed charge”? Thought room charge would cover the bed😗

The location was very convenient to the beach, especially if you are with toddlers. My room air was exceptional! The air conditioning unit worked very well. We had nice cool air for this hot summer weather. Housekeeping was very attentive and helpful. They could be seen sanitizing and tiding up areas. The facility and rooms in itself were very nice and modern. The pool area was nice and well kept.

I would suggest that the front desk associates ask who is next in line before they assist any of the customers. Especially if they are coming from the back offices. I was overlooked while standing in line for assistance and I had two tired toddlers.

the first night we got there the cable tv was not working but it wasn’t a big deal. the first time we used the elevator I tried to keep the door open for people coming in the door and after hitting the open door button in the elevator the door shut but got stuck opened 5 inches and was like that for a minute or two

placement of where our room was good. it was quiet. clean and satisfactory.

that the hallways were full of plastic filled bags of laundry,, for most of the days for hours. there were some smells from the trash bins of spoiled food in the hall by the elevator. the bathroom sink faucet was too short for the counter thereby fingers hitting the back of sink and counter constantly wet and tissue box soaked from it. for a fix get a longer spouted faucet.

Staff-There was a little confusion on my reservation (My first and last name was switched) at first Lori said I didn't have a reservation. My confirmation was with my girlfriend in her purse. She was not there at the moment. But Lori jumped into action!!! he began to do a little research, found my reservation and printed the confirmation...all was saved. She truly took good care of us and I even joined BONVoY. Thanks for having a great staff.

The employees serving breakfast did a great job, were very accomodating and nice... they just seemed to get overwhelmed quickly by 2-3 families eating breakfast... so maybe they need another person? Or a more straightforward menu? We enjoyed it, just seemed to take a long time to get every element that we ordered.

Thankfully, the room had a partial but substantial view of the ocean. The staff was extremely limited, but they were trying their best. The lady at the receptionist desk was very nice and gave us a good view of the ocean!

The price to performance was sort of low for the amount of money I dispensed. The free WiFi was extremely bad and took minutes to load anything. We had no option but to pay for their "enhanced" internet which still wasn't very great. The staff at the cafe/bistro were really nice and tried their best every day, but they were EXTREMELY overworked. This caused the coffee every day to be cold for us. They were trying their very best though.
