My room was just what I needed and I liked the breakfast being delivered by pleasant people.

When I arrived the lady at the desk was helping the person before me. I found a few things unprofessional that she said. 1) she told the woman about a restaurant nearby then said “but I wouldn’t recommend it”…2) she asked me how I booked & I told her at your site online & she said “next time call bc you were given a sleeper sofa also so paid $10 more”. I saw as I passed rooms they all looked the same w those sofas. I just thought, although she might’ve thought she was being helpful, seemed a bit pompous. I was then glad when some days when I went into the office she wasn’t there & the others seemed much nicer.

Loved the easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Location and proximity were also great. I have an autistic adult son, so we like being close but not in the middle of craziness and this place was perfect balance. Great price and value. Several room type options as well. Miniature golf and ice cream directly beside the resort was a plus. Super friendly staff. I had originally reversed 2 nights and had to add a 3rd. She worked very hard to find a room I could stay in the while time without switching. Much appreciated hospitality. Also, personal recommendations don't book thru 3rd party. Call hotel directly. They're great

Personal opinion only.....i am a picky breakfast eater, so i wasn't super crazy about selection. But I like how it's set up to pick an option and a delivery time. It allows for much less waste. So, no real complaints ....

The property was tastefully decorated inside and outside with beautiful gardens. The rooms were very clean with plenty of towels, coffee and a mini fridge and microwave. There’s a great boardwalk for the short walk to the beautiful St. Augustine beach with an outdoor shower. The pool is heated and inviting! The breakfast delivered to your room every morning was yummy. The staff was very friendly and helpful! There is mini golf and ice cream next door and plenty of walkable food options! The city of St. Augustine is an easy Uber ride away or the trolley stops in front of the hotel.

I really have no complaints

The check in staff was excellent! Great suggestion for supper -which was Crabby's and it was wonderful! The bed was soft and cozy. Enjoyed the walk to the ocean along with the sitting area and the water spray to wash off the sand.

Not enough shampoo for 2 people and we did not bring other shampoo. The coffee didn't get hot enough nor was it the best tasting. I think as adults, we should be able to use condiments as needed for breakfast--specific limitations was not appropriate!!!

Just about everything! The delivered breakfast is great, love the architecture, the people are SO friendly, the pool is grand, the beach is wonderful, Publix is right up the street, downtown is 10 minutes away, and the room was amazing (for the most part). Bonus points for the pool and the beautiful decor - it's clear someone who loves this place took their time putting it together. I've come here four times now and will likely come again in the future. My wife has started calling this "home".

One small thing - we booked the townhouse suite. This is our third time doing that. This time it was half the size of the ones we stayed in before. It had a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. Not a huge deal, but less than we expected. We'd still take the room over most of the places we've stayed at the beach. Only reason it made a difference is our (Grown) kids were staying at the facility on our recommendation and when they came to visit there was a lot less room than expected. If you're going to book the townhouse, check which one you're getting carefully.

Beach access

The price was more than I was quoted online. Once I arrived I was told that the price did not include resort fees which I was unaware of?! If that was the case then it should have been outlined better in the online booking site. Of course, I paid it and that was it!

Loved the easy access to the beach, the pool was great & access to use the local YMCA gym was great! Loved the queen double beds and cable tv for the kids.

I was not a fan of the pillows in the room. I also did not like not having a dead bolt lock on the main door. We did lock the top lock but by simply pulling on the handle inside the lock would unlock and my 2 year old son got out multiple times. I also was not a fan of the delivered breakfast as their were no good options to choose from, especially for kids. When booking it stated breakfast included, but did not specify it would be delivered or have a short list of options.

The courtyard and the beach access were very attractive. I would like to see the property during the summer. The bathroom was really nice. The room served breakfast was nice. The staff (Cheryl) was a hoot! She was so welcoming and a good soul.

The bed was too close to the window, a bit dusty on the closet doors and the fan, the floor creaked when you walked over it, and the walls were thin.

Nice size room with private patio overlooking the beautifully landscaped ground and we were oceanfront Toilet/shower separated vanity area was nice Spanish vibe with colors and arched entryways Breakfast delivered to your room in and presented in a cute little basket with a decent selection for a quick breakfast and temps of all items were good. Private beach access walkway.

Breakfast was delivered to my room each morning - the order was placed the night before and you chose a time from 7 - 9 AM and they brought food in a basket - truly lovely!!

I would choose a different room, just for variety. My room was great for this time There wasn’t anything I disliked
