From the front desk london was a angel. She even made suggestions of things to do around town.And made sure we had everything we needed. After we went to our room we had seen her later. She remembered our name and made sure our room was what we wanted. Then the kitchen was great, we had breakfast from the menu and also had the hamburgers. Shawnesy took care of us. The food was great. she also made suggestions of things to do around town and wanted to know if we needed anything and if our room and stay were ok. Ive been to many places. Bit this one made you feel at home.

Room and patio was fantastic, clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again, met expectations and would highly recommend. Staff was courteous at the front desk.

Only downside was the smell in the lobby area; this is personal opinion, the smell was a little strong and not my scent. Otherwise, no other complaints. First time guest and would definitely come back.

The location was in walking distance to the trolley and oldest jail. The hotel was open 3 weeks when I stayed there and it was very clean. The staff was nice.

What could have been better is that the breakfast should also offer almond milk. Not everyone can tolerate regular milk or 2% milk. We also had an issue where our when the hotel room door slammed on its own it would sometimes lock and sometimes it would not lock. So we had to slam the door on our own and it would lock. We did tell the clerk when we were checking out and maintenance was suppose to be taking a look at the door; room # 404. I chalked it up to new hotel all the kinks not worked out yet. This would not set stop me from staying there again.

The rooms very nice and beds were comfortable the staff very friendly the food was good just wish more choose from that the only reason we ate only 1 night there

The breakfast menu what eggs without grits so disappointing they had no jelly at all during our stay and no butter and the dinner menu was so short really no vegetables to choose

Cleanliness was overall 10 Location to downtown 10 safety for my 77 yr old mom 10 I was concerned some of the cleaning staff was unclear on my Southern English Accent but sign language made it possible give that a 6

Broken shower piece, broken bathroom door, some dirty window seals and the shower needed some extra cleaning.

Good hotel with good amenities in a good spot. Location away from center of town so quiet but only 10 min drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean. Great experience

I have fragrance allergies so it is really hard for me to travel these days. Hilton properties have the least amount of scent in their chain of hotels. The room had no smell but the lobby, halls and elevators were slightly scented.

Beautiful, clean property.

The bed was hard. The front desk attendant wasn’t very friendly but she was okay.

Very clean and was nice to have a restaurant and a bar on site!!! The pool was running and clean as most don't seem to run the pump and filter anymore!

Paying to park daily and very large dogs walking inside restaurant area!
