Loved our room! Eclectic decor was fantastic. The shower with the hand-held sprayer was THE BEST. The little coffee chest and coffee maker was cute & fun to use. Air conditioning worked really well. Staff were all courteous and helpful, including the valet attendants. Price of laundry washing machine & dryer was very reasonable.
Cost of bar drinks was OUTRAGEOUS. We had 4 drinks (2 well-whiskey sours and 2 Angel’s Envy bourbon & waters) and while the bartender was great (Spencer), we were not happy about the $72 tab (plus a $15 tip). We didn’t go back after that. Also, not enthused about the $35/day imposed valet parking fee (plus frequent tips). The hot-tub sized swimming pool was absolutely laughable.

Very comfortable and quiet room in a beautiful modern hotel. High hygiene standards, very good beds and possible to have early check in. Bathroom was great with modern set up in European style. While valet parking seems to be expensive no need to do so as a public garage is across the street with possibility to stay for 15 dollar per drive in.
Only some minor details: lobby is beautiful but does not invite to sit down and relax (probably they want you to do so in their restaurant next door). Also sometimes we entered the hotel and multiple staff were hanging and chitchatting with each other behind their desk and not greeting you at all. We found that a bit rude and not in line with overall standards of the hotel.

I loved the 24/7 valet parking, the informative staff on the nearest beach (8 mins away), the cleanliness of the room, the price point, and the blasting a/c unit because it was super hot in Florida. My family and I enjoyed this room and will come back. We also got an extension for free on our check out until 12 pm instead of 11 am to be able to eat at their restaurant which was exceptionally reasonable price wise ($55 without tip for the food for 4 people) and delicious and made by a culinary artist
The mini refrigerator didn’t work and we called maintenance about it . Nonetheless the milk we bought at Publix that day was ruined the next morning.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful!! We also really liked the location. We were able to walk to many of the shops, parks, and attractions. There were some fantastic restaurants within walking distance as well. The mattresses were very comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. Overall, it was a great experience!
The only pool is very small and they close it at dusk. That was disappointing especially for our children that looked forward to an evening of swimming after a long day of sightseeing. I also would have liked to see a hot tub. For all the luxuries the hotel offered within, it could use attention to this area.

Stunning decor and vibe, fantastic location - we were able to walk to George Street, comfortable beds, very clean rooms, super nice and accommodating staff, great restaurant on site.
There are literally only two negative things I can say about the hotel: 1. The wall in our room between the bathroom and the sleeping area is translucent, so every time my elderly father with Parkinson’s had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the bathroom light would shine through that wall and light up the entire room and wake us up. 2. Parking is way overpriced. I should have parked right across the street for less than half of what I paid at the hotel.

the location and room size was great. the beds were comfortable. the staff was very nice, especially the valet guys.
we were given a handicap room. we are not handicapped and the room set up was actually very inconvenient for us. there was also a portable air conditioner in the room that was quite loud. We stayed one night a week before and had a wonderful room with no portable air conditioner and that is why we chose this hotel for our overnight stay on our way back home. it was not the same experience at all. I would stay again but would specify the type of room more.

Outside is very unique and beautiful. Inside is very grand and modern, not what you would expect from outside. Staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bed was very comfy and shower was a bit high end but loved it. Location was great not too far from downtown but not right ontop of all the people so it was good.
Very Loud. Kids were running above us late into night and early mornings it woke us up. The room door was open a little at bottom, could here everyone outside in halls being loud when coming in late and room next to us was coming and going with there door loudly slamming shut. Surprised at how much noise you could here from in the room.

We have visited St Augustine many times over the past 20 years, since we first moved to Miami, and this is by far the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in . Great rooms, superb restaurant...so good we ate dinner there twice!!..lovely people on the staff, and a Starbucks in the lobby!
It was all good. Even the location. The far end of St George's St, away from Downtown, gives you a 7 min walk to the downtown area. Nothing to complain about!

location and design…love the cool electrical switches and outlets. chairs in bar were very cool…some good folks as well
there has to be more than 1 mirror per room…please add a full length mirror to each room…much better for bathroom sharing and marital relations. the IR control of the tv in our room was super and I mean super slow. it was painful to watch tv. might have just been our unit
