Location. Staff was very efficient and nice.

The floor was not as clean as it could have been. Every time you walked on the floor you could hear and feel sand. The apt was a little outdated.

Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities. Great location, close to beach, shops, restaurants and play parks. Friendly and responsive staff.

Its is not the luxury place, but the building outside getting refurbished and the apartment is comfortable and nice.

the apartment was good overall. Not super clean but it was okay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had basic needs to get by, not too many tools to cook. The instructions received on how to reach the location, the password for the door, and the free parking was very clear and received by email. we got WIFI access and there was a tv, towels and bathroom amenities. overall everything stated was available. the room was spacious and close to a lot of shops and to the beach. the location was great, although far from the center but it depends on each person's preference. We wanted a quiet/private area and we got it.

The only issue was the small balcony that was very dirty but we had no access to it. The door was actually broken and it kept making noises when it got windy. Another thing was the traffic but expect it in Miami, it's a vibrant city and you got to pay attention to where you are allowed to park or pay for the parking, not a lot of spaces.

Very organized system they have for check-in. Very helpful, friendly staff. The location is great, like two blocks from the beach and close to markets, restaurants, etc. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Well-equipped kitchen, fast wifi, lots of light. Freshly painted.

The mattress was hard as a rock, but I managed :-). The pool wasn't open but I didn't care about being two blocks from the beach, they fully renovated it but were waiting for the city permits to open it.

The location of the facility was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor and on the road side. Therefore, there was a lot of vehicle noise. The windows had very little insulation. We were initially very concerned about the safety of the windows. However, there were no problems. The interior of the building and the windows definitely need to be renewed.

The apartments are large enough and extremely well situated close to shops, restaurants, and the beach but quiet at the same time. People in charge were easily available and very helpful. I have found value for money very good for this property.

The management will ask you to send digital copies of driving license and ID prior to your arrival. This is ok for security reasons but it can be annoying if you don't have a scanner or telephone to obtain the numerical images and send them over. The best thing to do is to prepare this in advance so as to be ready when they will ask for that information. However, I was able to check-in by just presenting the documents upon arrival. This is not intended to be a criticism, just an information for other people since it is not explicitly indicated on the booking.com page

The situation is really perfect, near everything you can expect , little plazza with 7 - 10 different restaurants in a 6 mn area, pharmacy , supermarket , gaz station..... all you need and ......... the beach really 5 mn from apartment., in a great , exclusive area. Flat has all you need in terms of equipment, then super AC , very good WIFI, private parking just in front the door.

At the beginning we were looking for the name and a bit confusing because no sign, so I had to call , but the staff very helpful, even late .They have been very friendly , and professional .

The location is very convenient. The management is very responsive, the rooms and building conditions are decent and the overall value is exceptional.

Our original room was very close to the pool, and while we were aware of potential construction noise (based on the previous reviews), we didn't expect it to be THAT noisy. We were very lucky though, as the management quickly responded and offered to move us to a different room. The building itself is somewhat dated and the rooms, while renovated, still have some dated parts.
