centrally located staff were friendly and responsive

booked room wasn’t available, we were moved to a different room without a bed but a pull out. pull out came with no sheets. A/C in room ran poorly, only 1 trash can in the room, shower didn’t drain properly

King bed was too high for short person. A microwave in the room would have been nice.

Large spacious room with comfortable bed and nice view of downtown area. Hotel was quiet and overall clean. Staff were all very helpful and nice to deal with.

The parking garage is a little sketchy feeling. It's behind the hotel in a dark alley (thought I was lost for a minute) with no gate or security. There are also a lot of homeless people camped out in the surrounding areas. That isn't something that the hotel can control but if you are traveling alone it's something you should be aware of.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I was on the second floor so had a nice view over the side courtyards with a palm tree blocking the direct gaze from the offices. It was a bit tricky finding the parking at first, but once I did, this was great - it was easy to come and go during my stay. It was nice to have a bath tub to relax at the end of the day. The bar area was lively in the evenings - nice to see people socializing again. The common areas around the hotel have tasteful and interesting furnishings and artwork. It is convenient to get around Tampa - the hotel is central to both the airport and downtown areas.

Limited service at front desk. Really nice people, but always only one person, and often several people waiting to be attended. I was told my room would not be serviced during my stay which was fine. However mid-way through my stay, my room was serviced without me knowing. I had left my suitcase open with some personal objects visible. Had I known they were coming in, I would have locked my suitcase. There needs to be a light in the room entrance. There is a switch which supposedly turns on the standing lamp in the far corner of the room. However, this was not connected when I arrived at midnight, and I had to stumble into a pitch black room.

Great location for the Westshore Mall and the airport. Older hotel but well run with very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. This was my 2nd or 3rd stay and I will definitely stay again. Despite it being on a very busy road it was very quiet and I stayed on a Thursday night this time around. The water pressure in the shower is amazing - it was like getting a massage.

The breakfast buffet was good and worth the 21 dollars.The Westshore mall is a 5 min walk directly across the street, very close to restaurants and stores.

The restaurant/bar onsite doesn’t open until 4pm. The rooms are a little small compared to other hotels in this price range.

Spacious clean modern room, friendly reception staff, good location.

plates and bowls offered from the breakfast restaurant are not clean. Obverious residues can be found on a number of the plates and bowls.

our server in the restaurant at breakfast was beyond amazing. I think her name began with a B. I wish all servers were like her. the front desk personnel were very nice.

our only complaint was there was no usb ports for our cell phones we wish there was a mini bar.

Location was great. The hotel was beautiful. Parking was easy to get back. The suite was nice, and the floor to ceiling windows throughout were amazing. It was nice watching the sunset each night.

Towels had stains. When calling down for new towels, it took 30 minutes, and that was twice. There were stains on a towel in the new set. Housekeeping didn't come on the days we had our do not disturb sign off. There was no bedding or pillows for the sofa bed. Took a while to receive the bedding.

I liked - the bed - the bathroom - cleanliness - the front desk
