It was clean & very spacious . There was alittle night light built in the light outlet in bathroom but it wasn't 2 bright. The shower was great, good pressure, hot water was hot like it should be. They had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion . Check out time is at 12 so that was great. It was in a nice part of city where you could walk to places.

The king size bed was the actual size of a king size bed.but it was really hard, .pillows was squishy but very soft so bring your own or ask for more. There's no fan in bathroom. No safe deposit box in the room.Had to pay $12. some per car per day to park at THEIR hotel. When we left to go eat came back parking lot was full bc of the night club beside hotel uses hotel parking lot. We had handicap vehicles card but instead of using it we had to park in underground garage where very few cars was parked. We didn't fill safe parking r car under there.. I feel like underground parking should be used for the night clubs parking & customers should have next to hotel door if not the DONT charge customers for parking just because we stay there, it should be free

Although this is an older hotel, it's nicely updated and our room was comfortable and clean. It had a nice feel to it. Very comfortable bed! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful on checkin. This hotel was in a great location with some wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance, very convenient!

We had some trouble with the WiFi/Internet when we first arrived, but it was eventually resolved. Also, we were disturbed by some traffic noises outside (from the road) and there was a very noisy car or motorcycle in the parking area right under our window that woke us up at 3:15 am, that was unfortunate...

Electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Door to pool area same. Had to go through the lobby to get to the pool. Breakfast was very good in Friday, terrible on Saturday. Breakfast staff could have been more attentive

The staff was great and the location was amazing. The room was okay.

The air-condition was not working. I asked multiple times but they fixed it the day before I left. The cleaning was not on top this time. I have to request all the time

The gentleman at the front desk when I first got there was so helpful and very accommodating. The stay went well. Our room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will say that some of the female desk clerks could use some training in customer service but other than that, our stay was good.

The only thing that was wrong were some of the female desk clerks that worked in the evening could definitely use some training on customer service and how to be accommodating.

Im so glad I booked this property. You know these days pictures don’t mean anything when booking a hotel room until you actually SEE the room you booked! Hampton Inn Buckhead was in a GREAT location to the Buckhead Theater (5mins) drive, great restaurants, and nightlife in walking distance! Staff was kind and welcoming. Room was NCO-neat, clean and organized! Breakfast-was AWESOME and DELICIOUS! I loved the breakfast potatoes and waffles, but everything was FRESH (especially coffee). The staff was friendly and attentive to all guests. We even chatted it up with some hotel guests due breakfast from Tampa, Fl. and La. Front desk staff upon checkout was friendly and helpful! wish we checked out the pool but we didn’t have time… but pool area was nice and clean free of leaves and trash! I’ll definitely stay here again! King bedroom is AMAZING and mattress was like clouds, pillows not so much but bed definitely made up for it. We both slept peacefully! Plenty of parking in parking garage, loved that!!! And loved our 8am breakfast wake-up call! We’ll be back!!!!!!!

The location of this hotel was central to pretty much everything. Loved that hot breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff were amazing. I’ll be back each time I go to atlanta, that’s how much I enjoyed it.

That the strawberry kiwi drink was out at breakfast each time, the cleaning ladies were so amazing, but we couldn’t communicate because of the language barrier, the pool was closed and it would have been a nice weekend to use it.

It was in an awesome location, the room size was perfect and super clean and comfortable, breakfast was awesome lots of chocies and the shuttle was amazing saved so much on Uber!!!

Honestly absolutely nothing it was 100% amazing we will be back!!

I like the hotel staff who were exceptionally nice and kind to me and made sure that my check-in and out went smoothly. room was clean including the bathroom

the driveway to get into the hotel parking lot is right in the middle of traffic this can be a lil challenging but its something you will have to deal with unfortunately

confusion about pricing. the Booking.com price for 2 rooms with tax was quoted at $256.17. Reservation said Free public parking was available. Charge from Hampton Inn for the two rooms was $283.52 plus $12 for parking. Why??
