The breakfast was very nice! We were happy there was oat milk since we were all lactose intolerant. The room was nice, the shower faucet quality was excellent, which may seem like a minor thing but most hotels' shower faucets are whacky. The size of the room was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the desk space. I mainly booked for the security on site. We felt safe.

I was charged for parking but we never used the parking garage. Both nights we parked in the handicap spaces in front of the hotel because we had an ADD handicap ticket. Also the pull-out sofa bed's sheets hadn't been changed because there were chip crumbs on it and some around the sofa. Other than that, the room was spotless.

The staff alone is what made our stay so wonderful. They were beyond nice and helpful in every way. Easter morning, they had placed out Easter eggs for the kids to find, always there to own a warm hello to the kids, and treated us more like family than strangers. Would stay here again just bc of how pleasant the staff was.

We did see ants in the bathroom each day, just 2-3 right around the shower. Didn't report it bc we had already unpacked the bags and got the kids settled into the room. Ants didn't seem to move farther than the bathroom and we didn't think it was worth moving the kids around. Plus, there was a chance of seeing ants in other rooms if in that one too.

When checking in was told there was a $75. extra cleaning charge for our dog. This was never mentioned while making the reservation on the 3rd party Booking.com. Due to our schedule, had no other option by the time we checked in to change plans nor would the booking.com allow us to make a change to another property. Staff at desk was not empathetic at all. Felt like it was a "take it or leave it" situation. Not rude, just no flexibility. The other lady on desk (I believe being trained) was making a sandwich at other side of desk & offered no acknowledgement at all.

The room was very spacious. It was nice having the bar sink/counter/mirror in the room. The toilet room was separate from the vanity sink which was convenient. The hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and the location was close to the train / subway station which made it easy to get around

There was a lot of options for breakfast but they weren’t that tasty - the bagels weren’t good, the French toast was hard and the yogurt was empty. There seemed to be only 1 person staffed for breakfast and it took her 10 mins to retrieve more hot water

The staff were very helpful when I notified them of the uncomfortable conditions of our room. Spoke with The front desk and they switched my room immediately and asked how else they could accommodate our belongings we couldn’t refrigerate originally and we’re very kind about it. The breakfast was very good and the location was central to lots of shopping and food attractions. Definitely will stay again

My original room was a disabled accessible room where the a/c did not work nor the mini fridge and room had an odor.

The room was clean, but a bit on the small side for the length of our stay and price paid, however, the booking was very last minute due to a cancellation from another hotel. Overall, a great stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the area is amazing with lots of restaurants. The hotel is within a reasonable distance to downtown Atlanta. Will definitely stay again.

Small room and bathroom with no tub. No microwave in the room, and the one for guests was extremely too small.

Location was great for our needs. Dan, the Manager was awesome in helping us solve a reservation issue. We added a night to our booking (via Booking.com). We had confirmation. However, Booking.com failed to notify the hotel. Dan was finally able to get them on the phone (after multiple attempts), and correct the error. He also personally made sure we were taken care of the rest of our stay. Thank you Dan!

Front desk did not let us know that our room would not be serviced during our 2-day stay. Not a huge deal, but should have been communicated.

The staff was very friendly, and professional. The location was quite convenient, close to all the main attractions in Atlanta and surrounded by various restaurants and retail locations. The room was very comfortable, with lots of space, and very clean.

We had a room with exposure over the front door/entryway of the hotel. It was a bit loud in the early morning (with trucks parking in the front to make their deliveries). At breakfast there weren’t many tables where we could sit and had to wait a short time before we were seated.

Nice room and location was perfect. Allowed my bf and I to try many local food places that were really good.

First thing when I opened the door, the room smelled horrible. This was some stench that was bad enough for me to spend extra money buying cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. After a few hours, the smell returned. To keep it at bay, my bf and I made it an obligation to keep the door closed while we slept or were out.

The Room was very spacious and clean. I was happy with the layout. The breakfast had a number of items to choose from and was a good mix of hot and cold. The location is Buckhead, which is about 9 miles from downtown so not too far from things.

Even though the breakfast had plenty to choose from, there needs to be a better system of keeping some of the items warm. The french toast ended up being a little cold. or at least have a microwave to warm it up just in case.
