I didn’t have breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The staff was exceptional from the first call for early check and when present at the hotel. The staff was friendly at the valet and the front desk. They are very professional, friendly and warm. Even after leaving the hotel the staff has been extraordinary in assisting me with leaving items left behind. Oh and I loved the water station, nice touch! The room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I always travel with my sheets but I did not have to use them. Amazing!

The only challenge was the door to the room was hard to open, which is a minor fix. I informed the front desk and was informed he would contact maintenance so the next guest would not have that experience.

The front desk staff were exceptional. I was unwell during my stay and check out was extended along with genuine concern from the staff. They even asked me upon checking out if I was any better and encouraged a safe drive home. My room was lovely and the location was perfect.

This could have been my fault but I was unsure of the parking/garage process. When I checked in, I was asked for my parking ticket (I did not utilize the valet). I turned it in but never thought about it again. I checked out and realized when I got to my car that I wouldn't be able to leave the gate without paying additionally? So I parked, went back to the desk, and was given an access key to scan. Unfortunately the key did not work. I had to call the help option on the kiosk at the gate. This was a little confusing and it really could have been me.

Location is excellent. Lenox Mall is right there. The guys who valet park are awesome. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was great. I also liked that the water was hot. Some hotels give you that warm water. But babby a nice HOT shower is just what you need after a long day.

The breakfast was ok but not worth $83 though. We ordered a simple breakfast. I had the Omelet with Hashbrowns and Toast. Coffee to drink (which was $9). My husband ordered Eggs, Bacon, Hashbrowns with OJ to drink. We ordered Pancakes to share. The Pancake had no flavor. It was like the chef mixed Flour and water together and drop it on the griddle. No vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, etc. Just plain old flour. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. That was the only thing I liked about breakfast. The Omelet was ok. Those Hashbrowns need some serious work.

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Location is great, staff is great, amenities are great. Beds are amazingly comfortable.

I will say, I didn’t book any special room the first time I stayed & ended up with a terrific view and an immaculate room. The second stay, I spent a little extra (which was already quite a bit more than the first stay, even with a basic room price—must’ve been the time of week) booking a corner room, and it was a worse view 😂 why pay extra for a view of some parking lots?? Don’t “splurge” on the corner room, that’s my takeaway. There were also kinda gross stains on the sofa and the carpet in this room. Not sure it was worth $350+ per night (with taxes and such).

This is our second or third stay here this month. My condo is going through some major refurbishments. So far every stay is better than the first and the staff is even more attentive than before. I asked for two bottles of complimentary water and I got them at check in! The staff at the motor lodge greets me and opens the door for me even though I was just walking.

The door to the bathroom would not lock, it was just a bit off. Otherwise the the room was fantastic and we received a 18th floor view that was amazing. Made me fall in love again with my neighborhood, Buckhead.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home with me. The staff were very courteous and professional going that extra mile to make my stay awesome.

I had ordered breakfast on my first morning there and waited almost an hour and a half for it and it never arrived. I called the front desk to see what the delay was and was told that they were swamped with over eighty orders that morning. The staff member still had my ticket and I guess my order had never been placed so I asked her to just cancel the order. I am diabetic so it would have been nice if someone had called and informed me that they were backed up in breakfast orders so that I could have made other arrangements.

I the location of the property and the BED FELT SOOOO AMAZING!!!! My view from my room was soo amazing!!!

The fact that I paid all that money for room and then I had to pay for parking and breakfast no complementary breakfast 🤦🏽‍♀️. Room looked good but window need to be clean really good and some small work needs to be done to the room like a new seal around shower area

Love the renovation both in the common areas and the room. The indoor heated pool is now a rare thing in Buckhead so really great. The in-room dining is a lovely amenity and glad to see it back. The amazing staff, I am disabled and was walking in and out of the hotel, each time the attendants opened the door for me. Now that was a surprise!

Expensive wifi if not a bonvoy member and not able to connect smartphone to play my own content on the big screen TV. But honestly, I liked everything!

We were greeted by Jamie (trainee) who made us feel SO welcome and she gave us excellent service. This was our first time at a Westin Hotel, it doesn't come up on booking, but we are going to try this branch again. Great service, great room, very clean and comfortable room and the best service in the US this time! Thanks for a great stay

Incredible, incredible staff! Honestly you will never find a hotel staffed with amazing people that are SO ACCOMMODATING and kind and wonderful. Amazing location, rooms were great, we will never go anywhere else in Atlanta! This is the BEST hotel experience I have ever had.
