All the staff was friendly and helpful, definitely the highlight of the services provided by the hotel. Especially Derrick at the FD, who was very kind and helped us check in early and was always attentive. We didn't expect HSKP service due to many hotels still having restrictions, but the rooms were serviced after our first morning there, and once again, they were made very tidy. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Various breakfast options. There are nice amenities, even if we didn't make use of the facilities it is good to have options.

The hotel might be due for a renovation. Or, at least, it would certainly benefit from a few repairs and refreshing the spaces, furniture, appliances, and installations. Found it very odd that the short hallway between the room door and the bedroom area had no lighting of itself, not even where the coffee machine is, was there a light bulb or lamp.

During this 11 day trip from NY to FL on our motorcycle taking several detours to smoky mountains and some... This place was the best the young lady at the counter was peppy, attentive and very professional. The lady at the breakfast kitchen gave a motherly vibe,, was awsome. she made sure everyone got what they were looking for, refilled and keeping things moving. Lastly our motorcycles signal light broke and this awsome maintenance man came to rescue with tape and actually fixed it himself without letting me even touch it and much better than I would ever had. And refused when I offered him some tip. What an awsome bunch of people. Loved you guys...

The room was bigger than I expected and everything was very clean. I liked how there was garage parking so the car didn't have to sit out in the hot sun and the elevator went straight to the garage level so we didn't have to go through the lobby everytime we left the hotel. Overall, the hotel was super nice and I would highly recommend, especially for the price!

The only thing I wished was different was that housekeeping didn't come to our room during our 5 night stay. Also, the TV lost signal the last night of our stay which was annoying, but that was it.

I love the location and cleanliness

I loved EVERYTHING about the property.

The room felt relaxing...from the white bed linens to the comfy couch. Room and bathroom were clean, and we really appreciated the provision of a free toothbrush and paste, which we had forgotten. The staff were great, but the dear lady overseeing the breakfast was a gem... very friendly and kept all we breakfast eaters well supplied with fresh food and drinks! She's Gold!!

Had a bit of a time keeping the room temp level, but it wasn't bad. When the air comes on it's a bit loud.

Workout room had only 1 towel one day, none the next. No antibiotic soap of any kind. Not even an empty dispenser. The shower in our bath pretty much flooded the entire bathroom floor no matter how we adjusted curtain and even we used our towels to keep water in shower. Badly designed and or installed. We got a suite and it had one chair in it. To watch TV you always had to sit on/in bed. The purpose for a suite is to make the area more livable.

Nice and clean room with everything you need to stay. Big bed, sofa, wardrobe and office desk. Bathroom has hot tub and shower. The breakfast is great. Staff is friendly and always glad to answer your question. Plenty of free parking lots

It was a great value and the location was great. The room was comfortable and we felt safe outside the hotel and in the parking lot. I-285 was closed in several sections for construction and we were able to access this hotel easily using other residential routes. It was convenient to Truist Park, Perimeter shopping and Buckhead. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!

Mr. Bennie and Ms. Zella. They were the best part of our stay! They were so genuine and down to earth and kind and helpful. Otherwise, the rest of the staff here was a highlight as well. My bed was really comfortable with great pillows. The room was also well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. It had a sitting area and a big TV that swiveled so you could see it well from the bed. It also had a spacious bathroom with a lot of counter space.

The price would have been a little high if I didn't have credits to add to our stay. Also, on 2 different floors there were spills right outside the elevator that remained there for a while.

Everything was Great! My daughter felt very safe. It was very clean. Great hospitality!
