we came on the Apr 26th, around 2am we was giving a room where someone already was checked into. This was very scary, I honestly wanted to leave that night. we went back to front desk and she didn’t do anything about it but stated she is sorry. On Apr28 we went to the front desk that morning and spoke with Dom she was very very understanding and took what happened into consideration. very thankful for Dom she provided excellent customer service

The first room there was a guest inside it. The second room was very dirty on the outside, there was plumbing tool’s outside the room the whole time

Excellent room! Karleen at the front desk was fabulous and really helpful. She is a joy! I asked tons of questions and she never lost her smile! I travel a lot and she made me feel at home their. Plus they have full kitchens w OVENS!!

Breakfast was cheaply done for the price. Plus $100 deposit is taken daily if you continue to extend.

Location size comfort & quiet.. it was my daughter 7th birthday & we enjoyed ourselves plus the Georgia attractions.. pool could have stayed open longer than 6 pm tho. Manager made us get out but later that night about 9 pm ppl were back in the pool

Door kept getting jammed.. front entrance walking into the room had leaves & dirty.. I had to sweep & mop. But the room overall was clean.. maybe it blew in underneath the door & that room hadn’t be occupied in a while…

Everything was good with the room.

A previous guest or employee left an I watch in the room and instead of waiting till the next day. The individual came to our room late that night. Ask to check our room. Of course she didn't get in we gladly handed her the watch outside the door. However it could have been handle very differently. That should never happen.

The units are very complete, well organized and nicely laid out. They have a good grab and go breakfast. Best location for a short commute to address where I'm working while in Atlanta. Road noise bad the first night but all in all a great value.

i was a woman traveling alone. I liked being on the ground floor but the door to the unit was under a dark stairwell and there was no outside light. Wasn't a good safety situation. the location is so great for the reason I'm in the area I've booked there again but sent a note to be in a better lighted room. Unit was great and gave them an 8 but on the question of safety I would give a 5

I haven't got my 100 dollar's back for the deposit they said 5 day's I haven't got it yet

first & foremost was the wonderful service from the office to the staff & especially the general mgr was the best I have experienced in all my travels. The very large room suite accommodations; the cleanliness of entire property from impeccable suite, the extensive grounds & all amenities; truly puppy friendly w many walks circling the entire property.

Loved everything about this property; I look forward to returning soon & often.

I booked at last minute because we had problem with another hotel. Check in and check out super quickly. The room was spacious, equipped mini kitchen with full size fridge, plus a few of utensils, toilet was clean and roomy. We stayed on second floor, kinda quiet and private. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool

Staffs were less friendly. There was not hot breakfast

The beds/pillows were quite comfy. The kitchen has a full stove, with an oven as well as a full-size fridge, which was very convenient to not have to order take out. There were also pots and pans to cook in. I also liked the size of the dining table.

I wished there were 2 more chairs for the dining table, instead of just the two provided. The pool was, rediculously, tiny! The bedding for the couch bed should've been in the room...we had to wait an hour for some...the kids were tired. There should be more than 2 of everything in the kitchen (spoons, forks, plates, bowls, glasses).
