The location and the staff were really great. The hotel property was clean and kept nice and security was there at night, which I loved that !

The room had some things that needed to be fixed. Like mold in the bathroom and an old leak spot not fixed, minor things. Fresh paint would be nice above the bed it had marks of paint chipped off. The floor was sticky, and chairs needed a good scrubbing.

The price

My microwave wasn’t clean at all and I found a dead bug in my room in the bathroom. The walls need to be cleaned off & around the baseboards. Just because it’s a cheap hotel doesn’t mean it doesn’t need to be cleaned properly. Other than that it was a good stay….oh yea the elevator was broke and I was on the 4th floor 😩 definitely an inconvenience.

it was clean as always, staff was great and always nice and work with you if you have problems. i recommend.

some other guests, but still recommend. cannot beat the weekely price and location to stores like walmart and MARTA.

...The refrigerator in my room does not keep food cold enough... I requested something done but it was not fixed or changed... I bought groceries and some of my food went bad...

I stay here about 15 to 16 days out of the month and I and the staff have done a superb job of turning this place around for the good

The room was spacious and overall very nice especially for the price. The front desk staff including the young lady training was very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a remote for the TV in the room at check-in. The phone did not work but I discovered that's because it couldn't be plugged in due to the wall outlet not being in place.

So I don't like the fact that there is no help around to help you after 5am , I am currently sitting outside my room door because my key is not working and I've called security and emergency line and im still sitting outside my door now for 1 1/2 . They need to get more help when it comes to situations like this because I now had to call off from my job and im sitting outside literally my purse, car keys and etc all locked in my room

Good customer service and the rooms are clean.

The elevator was very slow and the kids on my floor was very loud running around at all hours of the night. The $100 was not told to me until I got there, I didn't have it but the lady at the front desk gave me until the weekend to pay it which was really nice of her. The shower was very small and they had no tub for my 8 month old to take a bath.
