The room was comfy and thr most beautiful tree right out the window. The staff was courteous, one individual, brown hair male, works desk, was over and above kind and generous. One other girl, long braids, was so rude to me in the lobby. She kept asking when i was checking out. She wasnt nice at all.

We loved this Hotel!! I worked for hotels for 5+ years and really fell in love with this location!! Staff was friendly, rooms and grounds were really clean and amenities were accessible to all.

The only thing I was not ok with was that my ID was not verified at check in. Also at check in, i provided a different card than what I booked with and was expecting the room, tax AND incidentals to be authorized to this card. Well, the incidentals were authorized to the original card I booked with without notice....The card i booked with had no funds (hence why I provided a different card) and this led to an overdraft.

It's was very clean, bathroom , carpet and beds. The pool was also nice and clean and great for children. The room was modern and up to date furniture.

I can't find anything that I didn't like about this property. I had a great, comfortable stay.

We did not have breakfast. We were in town for Medical and it was a great location and stay. Very clean. Appreciated the stay. Great for anyone using the hospital.

Fan in the room would be great. We like the air to move. Thank you.

Jim was amazing.

Only one person was running the hotel. We did not have any pillows in the room, and we asked pillows, Jim had to do 20 things at once and we waited hours to get it Jim was wonderful, but you need to hire more people!

The room was spacious and amenities in the room were wonderful.

I was confused about the breakfast option. I had read there was a free continental breakfast, but that is only on the weekends. That had not been made clear in the online description I read.

Let me check in early, super convenient to everything.

Thin walls, I heard someone's TV literally the entire 4 days I was here. I was in 510 and it was like I was next door to a theatre. I did call but what can they say, turn down your tv.

Things I don’t like! in the website say breakfast included, when I try to eat breakfast in the morning they’re say it’s not including I have to pay for

Very clean just didn’t like the loud residents and seeing garbage and linen in the hallways that should have been picked up before check in which I checked in at 6 pm so who really knows what happened with that but it should be told to residents to place used linen out before 3pm oh and I only had one wash cloth in my room 🥺 luckily I did bring my own as well

The staff, although noticeably short-handed, remain helpful & friendly. Great customer service remains tops when a couple of shortcomings need to be overlooked. I'm very happy staff remains very friendly. Also location was great, being a short distance from our destination.

They still have some things like food service and daily room cleaning only on demand but overall Hilton remains my go-to place when available during my travels.
