We stayed 2 days at this Drury Plaza, as we visited the Sannavah and Tybee island area for the Christmas season. This was our first experience with Drury hotels, but I'm pretty confident that it will not be our last. Lcation was great, not to far from interstate, not alot of traffic. The Hotel parking was very well lite and they have plenty for small and large vehicles. Upon checking in, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. We quickly discovered that Drury hotels offer 3 free drinks and light snacks daily between 5:30 - 7 pm for their guests. We also enjoyed their daily breakfast offered for their guests. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. You can also tell that the staff haa great pride in their work, because the entire hotel was very clean and maintained to the highest standard of cleanness. The rooms are very relaxing and we enjoyed two nights of great sleep 😴.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. The breakfast was quite nice for free and offered eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fresh fruit, fruit salad, pancakes, and more. We saw a nice gym facility but didn't have time to try it out. I also thought the location was very convenient and easy to find for travelers coming from the interstate. I'd never heard of this chain before but would recommend it highly after this experience!

Very minor: the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were not the quality I'd have expected based on the quality of everything else. It would be nice to offer water at breakfast that's not lime-infused.

The facility and breakfast area are very nice. The area was nice. The biscuits are especially good, and I like the choice of coffee additives.

When I arrived at about 10:30 PM, there was nobody at the front desk and the door wouldn't open. I was trapped in the area in between the two sliding doors. I called often but nobody would answer. After about 10 minutes a guest left, which allowed me to come in. Finally, a few minutes later a woman came out from the back so that I could check in. There was a dip in the bed. Also, the coffee maker was out of coffee for about 10 minutes in the morning. The rest of the breakfast was very good.

Upon arriving the last few minutes before the evening meal ended, the desk clerk allowed us to go ahead and eat before continuing to check in.while she held our credit cards.

When we approached the bar to get our drinks, the attendant wanted to deny us our drinks, we had received our ticket, but she felt it was too late until another attendant just nicely took our tickets and waited on us. At the food court, the attendants saw us reaching to get food for our plates and started pulling the food from the service table as though nobody was reaching for food. Other people who came at the end or came for seconds, told them they were being rude. They just simply ignored us and proceeded to clear all the food from the service table.

The location is great, the lobby was attractive, the staff very helpful and pleasant. The first person we met at check in was Julia. She was very nice, pleasant and helpful. We ran into her several times while we were there and she always greeted us and was so kind. The manager was also very nice. The only fly in the ointment was a broken elevator. It was not anyone’s fault but it prolonged our checkout. The hotel cleaning staff needed to use the elevator at the same lots of people were trying to get down with their stuff to check out.

It may be impossible but one more elevator (for staff only?) would have been nice.

Liked that it had the amenities. Hot tub or jetted spa, swimming pool, and exercise room. They also have free complimentary drinks and evening appetizer. Nice comfortable room, clean, and temperature was just right. The breakfast was great.

Our stay was cut short because of automobile issues and having it repaired because of the hurricane in florida. We were only able to stay one night. Went to walk around Savanah early in evening and ate there. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the amenities.

How fast Keith fixed the A/C in our room. He also checked us in and was helpful, kind, fast and efficient. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Even your public bathroom was spotless. Beds very comfortable. Your entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. Loved the heavy duty luggage carts. Nice hot breakfast with lots of choices. Extremely happy with how well lit your parking area is. I am very impressed with your hotel and staff. Thank you for doing it right!

The in room coffee maker

The room was great, the bedwas clean and comfortable. It was easy to catch some good sleep. Also it wasn't fat at all from the city.

I stayed for 2 nights. In the bathroom I notice the was a strain in the tub. The lady at the front desk, who's name I cannot remember, was so gracious and kind she even came up to my room and cleaned tub. Now the hotel was booked so they couldn't offer me another room. However they have me a refund for the stain. That is true customer service.

Our first time at Drury Plaza Hotel. Wonderful hotel. Clean. Staff is very friendly. Pets are allowed $50. Kickback 5:30-7:00 was fantastic. Food was great. And the drinks were an added bonus. Breakfast was hot w many choices. When you factor in dinner/drinks & breakfast for 2 w the hotel charge-that’s a great deal. Our room was very comfortable & we had a great nights sleep. The bathroom was great the shower perfect. We’ll stay here again on our travels. the hotel
