Very good hotel at the best location. 20 min walk to the river street where everything is alive. Some construction going on but did not stop us to have fun Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious not too crowded. We had a balcony facing the lounge ( inside) Food and drinks at the Bar/ lounge was great Nathan our server was really nice.

Breakfast at BLUE restaurant was average. Parking fee $35 per day...too much.

Breakfast has lots of choices and the staff was very friendly. Mrs. Donna was our server and she was so nice.

We were disappointed there was not a hot tub. Also the parking price per day was a bit too much when there was no valet parking. Also not to mention all the posted signs "the hotel was not responsible for damage or stolen items to your vehicle". I believe that the parking could be more affordable for your guest when they are responsible for parking their own vehicle. These 2 things will determine our decision if we stay here again.

The layout of the hotel is impressive and eye catching when you observe the glass ceiling and glass wall overlooking the Savannah River. The room was very comfortable and was well equipped with amenities.

The parking states they are not responsible for car damages. Well, the $40 parking fee is hearty and should ensure there are cameras throughout. We were very disappointed that a rude patron swiped our rental in the parking lot. Sadly we will likely be penalized for the mistake of others which is the only thing we didn’t like about our stay

The friendliness of the staff. They provided us with band aids and toothbrushes.

The location was decent but not great. Most restaurants and attractions were at least an 8 minute walk away.

The location was great, it is right on the river and river street was about a 0.2-0.3 miles away from the hotel. Plenty of options within walking distance. The room has an indoor balcony overlooking the restaurant. All in all the property was beautiful and very conveniently located.

There were only two downsides, the first thing I wasn't expecting was having to pay for parking. But it makes sense given where the hotel is located and that there is a parking garage and deck. The second thing was that our room had an conjoining door with the room next to us I guess for if you know the people next door. We could hear the people in our neighboring room hanging out with their friends fairly easily as well as the people walking down the hall way.

THE ROOM WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AS WAS THE WHOLE PROPERTY AND THE RIVERFRONT VIEW WAS A PLUS. Micheal THE CONCIERGE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND HELPED US BOOK THREE TOURS AND WAS WONDERFUL TO TALK TO

I WAS SURPRISED THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A SAFE FOR VALUABLES AND THE A/C WAS NOISY CLUNKING WHEN CYCLING ON OR OFF SOUNDED LIKE EITHER THE WATER VALVE OR A VERY LOOSE FILTER IN THE RETURN FINDING THE LIGHT SWITCH FOR THE BACK LIGHT BEHIND THE MIRROR WAS A CHALLANGE BUT I FOUND IT THE NEXT MORNING LOL

The close proximity to everything and the Ferry Service for the Steamboat was Wonderful! Your Concierge was Fantastic and very helpful for me! This was our first time traveling with my Brother, Sister and myself to Savannah.

Wish for Better More Useful Gift Shop! What this "WAS IS A TOTAL INSULT FOR GIFT SHOP IN A HOTEL OF YOUR COMPANY!" they didn't even have stamps for my Post Cards to send out to my friends in Europe and around the USA! I had to hunt for anyone to hope they might have one. They even Suggested I go to "MY HOTEL "

Didn’t have breakfast there. Usually included. $22.95 per person for breakfast is more than I want to pay for breakfast anywhere.

I’m used to having free WI-FI, breakfast and parking at less expensive hotels that are as nice as this hotel.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Excellent amenities.

Having to pay $40 per day for parking in the hotel parking lot was ridiculous, this is after paying almost $300 per night. Parking should be free/included for paying hotel guest. I was unhappy having to pay for parking.
