Both the evening and morning front desk personnel were exceptional in their duties.and in their assistance to us during.our stay! EVERYTHING was clean, and accessable such as snacks, movies and everything that they had available to the guests! HIGHLY recommend yo other travelors

There was nothing not to love!

This facility had complimentary laundry facilities which was a real bonus after traveling for 3 weeks. Saved expense and time in having to do laundry

It was not the hotels fault but there were dog feces that other guests had not picked up on the grasses and even the sidewalk that you had to avoid when walking your pet or walking to load/unload your luggage. There also was no breakfast served due to Covid procedures according to the staff at check-in. Every other hotel we have stayed in during the past 3 weeks did serve breakfast though.

Close proximity to our family and activities.

The toilet paper was literally the equivalent of Sand Paper. This is not the right area to cut costs. Rest Areas have softer paper than what was supplied in our bathroom.

Front desk staff was nice made it comfortable once arriving for check in and easy. Room was well kept clean and comfy. The two beds with a kitchen and stove made it easy for me my husband and my two daughters to stay for two nights. Once arriving in room first thing my daughters check was to see if the T.v worked. It worked had some good channels even HBO to watch movies. The location is the best it’s right next to the mall. Close to drive to others stores an is a 12 minute drive to the The village of Merdian.

Everything worked only thing I would update is the telephones.

The room was very clean, it was nice to have some dishes provided and the dishwasher was very convenient. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the room was very quiet, I couldn't hear anyone next to me. The staff were very nice and helpful as well.

The blanket in the duvet cover kept falling out and was a pain to try to get it back in place. Our remote was pretty dirty in between some of the buttons, but other than that there really wasn't anything bad.

I l ove the kitchenette style hotel room. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping, eating out, and entertainment.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was absolutely exceptional. So very helpful and kind.

The bathroom sink was very small and there was no countertop to put things on.

I didn’t pack toiletries assuming they had them. But they had only soap. I needed lotion and shower cap.

It was great having a kitchen and a very comfortable bed

I saw on the website that breakfast was available for $6, but I was not told about it when I checked in and had no idea where it was being served. Other than that...great service!

Good location, close to a number of food options.

Property could do with a little bit of an update here and there.
