Breakfast was usual hotel breakfast fare. The nice thing was that there were several youth sports teams staying there and they were served in a different room so the breakfast room wasn't crowded and there was plenty of food. The thing that made this stay excellent was that the front desk staff was so accommodating. We were meant to stay in a cabin for a week and had just purchased a week's worth of groceries. The cabin stay fell through and we were left looking for a place to stay the night. We had a lot of perishable food--too much for a small room fridge and the staff gave us access to the hotel refrigerator. They were so friendly and helpful. Quite a relief.

This is a typical, good Hampton Inn & Suites. The room is a good size, with an additional seating area. It's clean and comfortable. It offers a typical hotel breakfast with coffee offered for most (if not all) day. It's in the "spectrum" area of Boise so there are restaurants and a movie theater nearby. It's also close to the freeway so it's easy to get to downtown Boise.

We were sad the pool/spa was closed. The facility notified us of the closure the day before we arrived. While this would not have made us cancel, they notified us after we couldn't cancel without penalty.

Breakfast was well displayed (but ordinary, not what we expected). Plenty of towels. We had a room with a window. Staff was very pleasant.

The sink for the bathroom was right by the entrance to the room and not enough counter space. A slightly smaller closet would have allowed the sink/counter to be moved a little away from the door. The room was very cold when we entered. Interpreting how to get the temperature we preferred was not quick. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed.

The facilities were very nice. Comfortable sleep and great breakfast. The lobby was beautiful and it was so nice to have coffee at all hours.

The pool was shut down. We booked this hotel mainly for the pool and so that was disappointing. We were offered the opportunity to go to another hotel to swim but we have small children and that would have been difficult for them (and us!) I know that it is not the fault of the hotel that things happen like problems with pools but it made our stay a little less enjoyable.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, friendly staff decent breakfast.

I got an email saying pool would be closed, then we got there and the pool was open for 5 more days until it would be closed for maintenance. We were disappointed because my companions didn't bring swim suits. Second year in a row the pool was going to be closed during our stay.

Great location and friendly staff. Also, one of the hardest parts of staying places is always that my kids want to swim, but everywhere we stay, the pool always seems to be cold and miserable, but this time we had so much fun swimming for a change. The pool was so warm and wonderful!

The location is terrific. It is near all the services you could want. Breakfast is good. The staff is great and helpful. Parking is plentiful. We have stayed here at least six times over the years and will again if we pass through Boise in the future.

Property is good. We stayed in room 420 which had a particular set up. Wash sink outside the bathroom area is practical but not very hygienic. Other than that great stay

upon booking there was no comment about the pool not running. after booked an email said neighboring hotel would share their pool. nothing was mentioned when checking in. I chose a place w a pool for my kids in a hot summer week. would have been nice to have a warning or discount on the stay.

Never question any requests and always fulfilled very promptly in doing so for my family. Staff had great team work in all areas. ( You don't see that often) . We Shall Return!!!
