The hotel - centrally located with restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Very clean, nicely appointed lobby and rooms and friendly staff to make sure everything is running smoothly. The staff - did I mention friendly! All went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Rooms - quite spacious and comfortable, with a large kitchenette, fireplace for ambience and warmth and an amazingly comfortable bed with plenty of pillows! The bathtub and steam were incredible and relaxing! Breakfast and afternoon wine - Devine! Both exceeded our expectations. We actually ended up staying an extra day.

Breakfast was excellent with made to order eggs and all the fixin's available. Great (ok, for hotel coffee) coffee and other options. Rooms were nice with lots of space. Bathrooms well done. It was a little noisy, but nothing too crazy and certainly nothing that disturbed my sleep. I would definitely stay again.

They didn't have any of the instant coffee refills once we used our coffee in the room the first night, but we just went to the Buffet area and got our coffee, so nothing too crazy. It was also difficult to get new towels one day; not sure why that was an issue;

The room was comfortable, well, equipped, attractive, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy and we received several texts asking if we were comfortable or needed anything. It was a surprise to have a free happy hour at 5:30 each day! The breakfast was fantastic with a chef doing omelettes or other egg options. Plus there were all the other usual options. That was a real treat! The hotel is conveniently located near many eating options and quick access to areas around Boise. I’ve already recommended this hotel to others.

Although the bathroom was large and had separate shower and deep tub options, there was only one light with fan option. If you’re traveling with a companion, using the restroom at night requires turning on an overhead light and fan, which is noisy for someone sleeping.

Location was very convenient, we ended up being 20 minutes or less from every place we wanted to visit in town with close freeway access. Complimentary breakfast was very good, the fresh prepared omelettes with ingredient choice was above expectation. There was also complimentary evening cocktails, we didn’t take advantage of those but it was also a nice above expectation touch.

There’s nothing for me to nitpick here, I didn’t use any of the extra facilities like gym or pool, though they seemed fine and and clean. It’s close to the freeway and the surroundings are mostly parking lot, but I never noticed any freeway noise and we were in the freeway side of the building. Admittedly, our stay was about exploring the town and not focused on hotel amenities.

Free Breakfast was bomb with a cook making omelettes and eggs to order. They had a social event in the evening with chili and one free drink. The bartender and the chili was very good. Kids liked their Shirley temples. Very pet friendly and professional staff.

The grassy areas gathered all the rain and was a wet mess which doesn’t matter unless you have dogs that will get muddy

The breakfast cook was doing a stellar, quick job making eggs, but the line was pretty long at times. It wasn't too bad if you were actually wanted eggs, but for those who just wanted pancakes and/or potatoes, it felt very odd breaking in line just to get those items. I also saw a guy apologizing for "cutting" in the egg line just to get a cup of coffee. Maybe a sign or something encouraging those people to do that?, or perhaps the line could be somehow formed away from those items? Also, the bathroom needs a towel bar for wet bath towels.

I stay here often for work and pleasure. It is always a very nice stay. I love the bathrooms, very nicely set up. Only thing I would change would be the door to the bathroom. Other than that it is perfect. Beds are comfy, they have the "good pillows".

Parking is a little tight and the door the the restrooms need replaced but neither are deal breakers for me.

The room size and set up for families was excellent. Quite a bit of space. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Our favorite amenity was the toddler-sized wading pool that was included in the main pool area. It's so nice to have a space for the littlest members of the family to play in the water safely.

It was just what we needed after a long drive. The soaking tub looked sparkling clean and inviting. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to use it! Loved the separate toilet room. The unit was laid out well. We were so impressed with the complementary breakfast - an actual hot food buffet of sausages, potatoes, and staff cooking made to order omelettes.

That we stayed just one night and had to travel on.

I love everything about this place. The people the staff the food the rooms the tubs it’s just always been a nice day. I know there are other hotels in Boise that are probably a little fancier whatever but I don’t think you can get better than oxford suites. It’s not far from the airport it’s not far from downtown I just like it. I stayed at it the year before last 2020 and fortunately it was during Covid and it was a little less expensive and there were more options this time we’re going to stay again in November and I could only get a king suite because that’s that’s it I don’t have to sleep on the couch or ask him for a bed because my son is coming on a plane for the first time in his life!

Everything is great about this place. I specifically love their tubs and showers.
