The room was really nice. The business center was good. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We appreciated being able to change our reservations since our work schedule changed a day early.

The room was sold as a queen, but our bed felt more like a full-size/double. We would have liked to have a better selections for breakfast but we did understand that most guests stay longer and cooked in their suites, so that was just a personal perspective.

I love this hotel! While working here as a nurse in Idaho! This is the only hotel I will stay and relax at! Nice! Clean! And so much to do here in the hotel! Great price!

The new lighted mirror in bath room was worthless. Does not put light on your face. This was a big waste of money that was spent. In our bathroom the construction people left the walls unfinished near the bottom. need to check all rooms. Was in room 238

I wouldve liked to be able to physically lock the door because my dog was trained for rescue and could open the door from the inside😄

I didn’t know there was a breakfast. I love the kitchen. I like having two double beds. I really like that cool pot that is always on the top of the stove. I really want one!

Noise from other people. Front desk person was clearly sick and I did not like that at all. Even without Covid sick people should not be spreading g germs.

They upgraded our room at no charge. Wheelchair accessibility was wonderful and very accommodating for our dog.

Super clean. Good room location. We had a little pug with us and we’re close to the door. Nice pet exercise are. The staff were exceptional and any dang thing you needed were available. It would be a great place for a longer stay

Low flow toilets and slow draining sinks. Had to plung toilet 2X. No biggie just needed to hold handle down longer than usual

We had just went through hell with two other hotels. The first one had a water leak, so they cancelled our reservation because they were over booked. Second one didn't look like the pictures. It had no parking, in slum area, no grass for dogs. Candlewood Suites saved the day. We will always stay with Candlewood Suites. Thanks for make our trip a success.

The bed was comfortable and soft I love the fridge were I can put my left over in. Inside and the ice machine works

We moved hotels to get closer to my husband’s work but now wish we had just stayed and taken a hit on the commute. This has been our favorite stay, and we’ve stayed all over Boise. The main difference comes down to service. Big shout out to Rachel at the front office.

They don’t have a free breakfast in the morning or a nice big pool. Those aren’t necessary for us, so it wasn’t an issue. But families might not find it as “fun”. (It’s more low key and quiet, which we loved)
