It was great right by the river. I didn't realize how nice Idaho Falls is.

Fantastic view got a Riverview room on the top floor. Best view in town, just beautiful. Very spacious room. 2 queen beds a sofa bed, arm chair and office chair area. Clean and has been modernized. A lot nicer and more spacious than I was expecting

The toilet was tiny and just old it was clean. The obviously remolded but forgot to update the toilet. The bed was a little firm for my taste The only complaints I have about the room

the staff was friendly with the exception of the night supervisor. she actually made me feel small when I said my key wouldn’t work, she blamed me asking if “I had put it next to a credit card “ even though we were told not to, and I am a college educated woman, quite capable of listening to directions. All she had to do was say “ well let me fix that for you, what room are you in” there was a young girl there with an education and that knows how to treat people, she should be running the show in the evening, she’s a young Hispanic girl, I didn’t catch her name , but I spoke with her all 3 nights we were there and she is exactly what I would want running business , she’s gone to school, she’s fresh faced, she knows how to talk to the guest, what else could you ask for!

Very close to the actual Idaho Falls. Gather a particularly good deal at the Booking. com rate. Only booked about two hours in advance of arrival, due to change of plans because of worsening weather conditions. Great size of room, due to shape of building. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Very comfortable beds.

Property a little dated

We enjoyed the proximity to the falls, allowing us to go for a beautiful walk. We had restaurants very close and we appreciated having a quick breakfast before hitting the road.

The website says it has a pool and shows pictures of an inviting outdoor pool. That is fraudulent- there is not a pool, may have had one at one time and if so, it was replaced with a parking lot.

This hotel is right on the Snake River and provides a great balcony view from any angle. From my balcony I watched sunrise and sunset - a definite plus, and there were nice outdoor chairs on the balcony. Wedge-shaped room with good beds and plenty of room. Plus, it is an easy walk along the river to the revitalized downtown area with great restaurants.

The bathroom is a little dated but fully functional. The carpet is also dated but was not worn out.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. We slept great! We loved that there were HBO movies for us to relax and watch when we returned from our busy day.

The front entry and the lobby area was not very attractive and the carpets ere stained so we were expecting the room to be the same. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, comfort, views and cleanliness of our room. I will definitely be coming back.

I loved everything about the property. The room was clean and very spacious. It seemed as is you where in a whole apartment. The staff was really nice and my family and I feel welcomed. The breakfast was good too!!!

Nothing. It was wonderful, and the hotel has recently undergone some renovations and everything was super nice and new.
