For the price it was very good. A friend stayed at a more expensive hotel across the street and they didn't even have a fridge or microwave. My hotel did at Super 8. The rooms were clean and the bed comfy for the most part. All in all it wasn't a five star hotel but exactly what I'd expect for the price.

Nothing major. As long as you understand you will be getting what you pay for then it's a great hotel. Is it older and a bit run down? Yes. Was it about $100 less than othrr hotels nearby? Yep!

I liked that it had sufficient parking. The breakfast was stocked & server lady was nice & very helpful, the room ac was modern & not so loud. It was/ is better than best western next door. Your my new favorite motel. Note: for several years I worked for US state department at embassies and consulates & I know the full gammet of hotel/ motels. My last 2 stays at Pocatello & Idaho falls were perfect in my estimation. I work long hours out of town & just need shower & good sleep to do it again. Thanks for asking.

I've traveled for work all my career & I just need quite might time rest. Refrigerator is a bonus(which my room had). I'm usually never hungry in the morning so good hot coffee is a must(I had a waffle & coffee my last stay was fantastic.

Breakfast was basic, but good that it was provided. Room was basic, but clean and did not smell of smoke. We arrived quite late, but settled in quickly and got a good nights rest.

Good for the price of a room, though the price online jumps with each occupant listed. We have 4 very young kids, but we were allowed to use just 1 room with just 2 beds. Thanks for that!

Really nice pillows, bed was just right firmness. Sufficient selection for breakfast. Location was reasonable and easy to get to. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was dim. Shower rod was "tired" and sagged. Room was quite cool, but that made sleeping deeper once I fell asleep.

How the night staff Lester&lady training very helpful answering quest&very kind getting my towels etc! Also Chrissy the maid was very helpful as well! I am very happy bc I have MS &have a walker& they all incl Amanda have been so personable& EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! THANK YOU ALL!

That the vending machine &ice are only on the 2nd floor! 😥

The housekeeping staff is wonderful. Those girls work quickly but excellent. With new renovations coming I hope they air condition the hallways. Internet has improved some. I’m enjoying being here and thank management too.

I was traveling with my mother. We checked in fairly late and Cindy was amazingly kind and went above and beyond to be helpful. She was cheerful and upbeat and voluntarily showed us where we could park closest to the door in a full parking lot, helped us with our "stuff" getting it all upstairs, and more. Thank you Cindy!! You are awesome and this place is lucky to have you!

it’s a great hotel. staff is excellent. I find this hotel clean. one particular front desk clerk is very helpful very patient. understanding too. my gratitude to her.

just two things carpet internet dropping all the time. having to log back in.

room had more space and beds than I anticipated. Great since this was a family of 6. Also, the family enjoyed the hot tub and free juice from the machine. Room and hot tub areas were clean.

breakfast was disappointing. Wanted the traditional hot breakfast and not the bag breakfast. Hallway smelled of smoke, eventhough the building was supposed to be non- smoking.

I just grabbed coffee as we left so didn’t eat breakfast. Clean, comfy bed.

Right on a busy one way road (to merge to hey) and not much area to walk my dog. I was in far back of building so bit of a walk to main facilities. Room not quite ready so I dropped off bags and went to walk dog, ready upon return.
