The location of the hotel was conveniently close to the river side and and in front of it there is a free parking, private for hotel guests. The room was nice and modern with a big shower and very nice shower cream and shampoo. The breakfast was also good with pancakes that could be freshly made by the guests and some other nice options such as egg omelets, available fresh for the guests. The bread was not at its greatest quality and seemed of the day before. However, overall we had quite a nice experience and we would recommend it!

The breakfast was delish both mornings that we were there. Location is wonderful. Wish there weren’t so many trees so the view of the river is better (not your fault). The pool water could be NOT soooooo cold. The staff were awesome…. Even though many of them had to work Thanksgiving day- they still had a good attitude.

The size of the room was very small. Didn’t like the fact that there was no microwave. I understand why…. But not everyone likes hanging out in the lobby area & have to keep going to the lobby in order to use the microwave.

The facilities were extremely clean and the staff was super friendly. After our flight was canceled, we needed to stay an extra night and booked this hotel site unseen. We couldn't have been happier. The breakfast was served until 10 am and the selections were amazing. The front desk also has snacks, beverages, & microwavable items to purchase for a small fee. The pool table was an unexpected bonus!

Everything exceeded our expectations!

Clean lines with a modern simplistic look. Bathroom design is exceptional. Shampoo,conditioner and body lotion top drawer. Loved the giant hooks for jackets. Breakfast bar was great

Wifi was poor. Did not appreciate an up charge to get a stronger signal. As the room is smaller it is a bit tight with a king bed. We kept hitting the bed frame. The corners should be rounded .

Tru by Hilton is definitely a nouveau hotel with optimal use of small space. I have grown to appreciate the utilization of the space, along with comfort, and the squirt bottles eliminating the nasty soap that must be thrown away after limited use. Though I did not partake of the breakfast, I did enjoy the separate coffee/tea station available 24-7. Very nice feature. This location is on the walking trail to enjoy the snake river and the falls, plus close (walking distance) to many fine eateries.

The mattresses were nice. The shower and bathrooms were nice, as were the window shades. The large screen TV and lobby area were both nice. Parking was good and I liked the abundance of charging ports. Plenty of room storage and the desk was nice. Pancake machine was nice.

There were not enough seats or lights in the room. The modern bed frame was way to easy to bang into. The breakfast was good but I'd like to see better quality hot food items. We ate next door the next day. The room would get hotter even without the heat on and with no window to open we had to leave the air on almost constantly just to maintain a steady 68 or 69 degrees.

Nice location right by the river and falls. Was clean and comfy. Bed was wonderful. Front desk staff welcoming and helpful. Nice hot breakfast with egg omelettes and sausage. Lots of options for snacks to purchase. Large attractive area downstairs to spread out with family. Pool table and games for the family.

Could have been a little more affordable.

The breakfast was ok - I had the "eggs" and my husband had pancakes. The yogurt was for kids, and the fruit was disappointing. There wasn't much in terms of pastries. I thought the room was very clean and I liked the rotating light above the desk. We liked the TV channel selection, although there weren't enough sports channels. The shower was hot and the shampoo and conditioner were very nice. I liked the funky lounge and the "communal" vibe.

The noise all night in the room kept me awake. (white noise?) Only 1 chair in the room for 1 person but there were two of us.

This location is great. There’s a small recreation space in the lobby and a heated pool. The staff was friendly and personable. The room layout was functional and had a good amount of storage.

Only minor complaint was that it would be nice if the breakfast was served at 6am instead of 7am for people looking to get on the road early. We were not able to try the breakfast since we had to head out early.

Breakfast was really good. Nice variety of items to choose from. Dining area was a good size for the number of guests at the hotel. When traveling it always seems that the bathroom is occupied at the wrong time. The 2 extra bathrooms on our floor were a truly welcome addition to the experience. Pool and hot tub are set at almost perfect temperatures. Family liked this Hotel BEST of all hotels on our vacation.
