From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much however, the rooms look up to date. We rented a king size and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options, waffles, toast, bagels, Danish, eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereal.

I appreciate the outside lighting if you are coming back to your room after dark however, the curtain in our room did not close completely so the room was not completely dark and I have a hard time sleeping with light on. I know they can't control the people who stay there, but I would just like to say, if you are staying in a hotel, keep the music down so the people in the room next to you don't hate you.

The outside is old, we were a little concerned when we drove up…. But the rooms are more spacious than most and completely updated… plug ins for devices were everywhere. The falls were right outside the front door… it was a great location

The outside was a deterrent… I went inside trying to decide if I’d be asking if we could cancel…. But the lobby was clean and modern and so were the rooms we were pleased

We had at first, reservations at Rodeway Inn, next to Quality Inn Rodeway was deplorable, couldn't stay there. The reception desk (who were terrific) got us into a beautiful room at Quality Inn with a balcony facing the river and we were thrilled! The room was large and modern. We had a great time. Would absolutely stay there again. Breakfast was great too. Lots of great places to walk our doggies.

The location beside the Falls was absolutely wonderful surprise for us, we took a walk before dinner that night. The breakfast and all the staff were beyond my expectation!

The shower and toilet area of the bathroom was needing work. The shower had broken and molded grout and the toilet was old, and short. The rest of the room was wonderful!

Cleanning. Bathroom needs more attention to details. 🚿 SHOWER 🛁 WAS KIND OF DIRTY, 😔 THERE WAS ONE HAIR PIN IN THE SHOWER. FAUCETS NEED TO BE CLEAN 🫧 REALLY WELL. 🪞 MIRROR WAS DIRTY OVERALL THE 🛁🚿 BATHROOM NEEDS TO BE CLEANED IN DETAIL.

It was big and in a great location.

There wasn’t enough towels, and the floor was dirty. I do not recommend walking in the room without shoes. I got out of the shower and walked around the room barefoot and my feet were quickly covered in dirt.

I liked the value. The room was remodeled and was very comfortable and clean. Had a beautiful park behind the property.

We had to go to another building for payment and breakfast.

Property was under reconstruction so there were some things not quite as expected. The price was right. Great walking, biking trail across the road.

bed is very comfortable, room was a great size and can hear the falls. didn’t get a chance to get into the pool but it looks very good and deep. staff was so nice and helpful.

carpet and sofa bed needs a little cleaning. there were stains on the floor that needs to be cleaned.

Your staff is very helpful,Breakfast was delicious and location was awesome,we loved it,we took so many pictures there.Highly recommend.
