The internet was incredibly fast and we used it to play games, stream a movie, and keep in touch with friends/family without issue. The room was clean and the ac was cold. It would have been nice to have more towels or pillows but I'm sure we could have asked for those. Our stay was short so it wasn't too big an issue.

The lady at the check in gave us a heartfelt welcome. We received the room we had asked for. The room was nice, cool and clean.

The room smelled like there had been a dog in there (which is allowed by Motel Rigby). This issue was easily resolved by opening the window for half an hour.

The front desk staff were so helpful when I checked out. I left a few items on the table when I left and he literally ran after a car to the intersection to catch it thinking it was me. He was so nice and I was able to leave with my items. He gets a 10 for his thoughtful customer service!

Just the air conditioner was super loud clicking on and off so much we just turned it to fan only and then it was a bit warm in the room.

No breakfast available. I did find a nice cafe near by with great breakfast sandwiches on homemade bread. Just clean safe and dry.

The space was full so I took the ADA or disabled room. If you have a disability please be warned there is a small lip to get into the shower and the clothes hooks and lavatory sink and faucet was no where near code compliant as I do this for a living. They are too high. I discovered there was no complimentary hair dryer but that is a first world problem.

convenience to places. the young man that helped us was quick and knowledgeable.

the light from outside was bright and the light from the hall came in our room, hard to go to sleep. we were missing the ring for the hand towel at the sink, there isn’t a place to put your clothes while you shower. the a/c hardly blows, and we couldn’t adjust it.

the price was good..fresh coffee in the morning was available.. the room was clean! and like the vinyl floors, much more hygenic than carpet

the sink was half plugged.. and the bathroom a little small ...managed fine but just saying

I planned a lengthy trip to the Tetons, Yellowstone, Cody, WY to Buffalo Bill Museum and this was the last night before returning to Boise, ID so it was a LONG DRIVE. Being very tired the front desk girl (forgot her name) was awesome and helped my guest and I get settled. As we did not arrive until after 10 pm I asked for a slightly later check out so as to be able to rest before RE LOADING my car. The motel was packed but the courtesy to stay a little later made the whole trip. I could pack up rested. Thank you.

Don't remember anything I did not like. This is a simple but very clean and well appointed motel. Cleaning staff was up early and I heard a lot of activity as I was waking up but knew I was okay to stay so got ready and packed up.

I was surprised by how clean it was. I’ve never been in a motel this clean for that price. Very impressive.

Could definitely use a hair dryer and a cleaner shower. Staff was very sober.

All parts of the Hotel were excellent, I dont think there is any improvement needed, although the bed frames can use a bit of upgrade

Room was clean! Not noisy, not smelly. Staff served with a smile, responsive, courteous.

Really nothing. I just needed a place to stay while traveling through. I'd stay here again.
