We had a cabin, and we loved the hot tub on the back patio. Even though it was cold when we were there, we used it every night. For some reason, our back door on the bottom floor couldn't be opened from outside once it shut. We didn't discover that until we were all outside in the hot tub, so I had to walk to the office for a new key in my wet swimsuit, and it was freezing. (Luckily, it was before the office closed.) After that, we didn't close the door all the way. Beds were comfy. Our kids loved the loft. It was so nice to have a kitchen. We also liked the game room and free breakfast.

There were no tissues in our room, and I had to go ask for more toilet paper. Not a huge deal, but a bit inconvenient. The biggest reason I didn't give a higher score was how cold the heated pool was. We headed over but didn't put more than our feet in because it was so cold. We love swimming so that was a big disappointment.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Maids did up the rooms every day.

The breakfast could have been better. It was the exact same breakfast every day. The eggs were over cooked, the sausage was over cooked. Pancake machine was cool to watch but the pancakes are not fluffy. The biscuits were hard. No fruit. They did have yogurt which is what we would go with. A couple of days we didn't even bother with the breakfast. They could do so much better! The TV. OMG. We needed to have someone come to the room to show us how to turn it on and then again to change channels. I've never felt so stupid using a TV. There's a little switch that has to be changed to a different setting to change channels and then to another to turn it on. It would have been nice if they'd had instructions on the back of the channel guide on how to use the remote.

Lovely room! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location to visit Yellowstone (West Entrance, which is close to most of the geothermal sights). The rooms were even nicer in person. We ended up extending our stay by a couple nights because we were enjoying our stay and visits to Yellowstone so much!

The breakfasts got a little repeative (same offerings). They included biscuits (with sausage gravy available, but I heated mine up with butter), individually packaged muffins (bleh), scrambled eggs, and low fat yogurt (pretty gross stuff). It was fine, but it would have been nice to see some real/home-baked options for the price per night. It was the same basic low cost hotel fare that you'd find at a Days Inn or similar.

Location is 25min from west entrance So not a long drive at all

Staff just changed bedsheets. They didn't clean the toilet. Also one day they didn't remove the trash Staff is mostly teenagers working in summer vacation, which I understand. However, they still need to be trained as they are customer facing. On two occasions, the staff (teenagers) of them didn't know details of Yellowstone timings. So that means they were not local teenagers as well Having said that facility itself is good. It could be really great if the teenagers were coached/ trained for even a day. I pity the teenagers actually. Overall 3.5/5

AMAZING beautifful resort.. Brand new exceptionally designed rooms with wonderful wood accents and authentic mountain cabin type of feel. The staff and morning breakfast were wonderful. I did not book my length of stay correctly. We returned late from Yellowstone after a full day.and found our key wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they seemed generally concerned for us and comped our room for the night. Really amazing, courteous and kind of them.

Although it is a very quick straight shot drive to the West entrance of Yellowstone, there is one restaurant in Island park called "Connie's" who has unpredictable hours and closes early. There is a convenient/small grocery store across the street called "Sam Patch" which is brand new but so ridiculously priced you need to go to get your food and supplies from the gas stations at West Yellowstone which is right at the West entrance. SAWTELLE is still the best option to stay it is so nice.

Liked the location, better place for star gazing, and very clean rooms with all the amenities available. Price was worth it as well. There is a very good competition to these guys in the area from all the big chains, I would prefer to go back here during my next stay.

There is nothing I didn't like but just regret about the breakfast. I wasn't aware if the breakfast was served, I think this is because I didn't see in my reservation on booking.com which needs to be updated. I later noticed during the check out their welcome letter mentioned about the breakfast.

Room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in. The bed was very comfortable with nice fluffy pillows and very soft bedsheets. The bathtub was wide, so clean, and felt very comfortable to take a shower in. Literally everything was so clean, and we have VERY high standards for cleanliness. Location is only a 20 minute drive to the west entrance of Yellowstone. Sam Patch Grocery store is literally right across the street so very convenient to buy food for Yellowstone trip. Breakfast has an automatic hot pancake maker, eggs, sausage, biscuit, cereal, and bagels. Standard American breakfast that is not amazing but much better than lots of other hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet hours start from 10pm, so the latest you can use the washer and dryer is 8pm.

The room didn't smell like a hotel room if that makes any sense. The AC worked, the room was very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. There was even ice in the freezer in the little refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and I didn't wake up with a sore back!

The connecting door between our room and the next was not sound or light tight. The light from the other room came through the bottom and the side. We could hear any talking. It was awkward. There were a couple.of lights that flickered, so I removed them from the sockets.

Clean, spacious rooms with great amenities. Great breakfast. Polite staff. There is also a games room, for kids as well as adults. Fitness center is small but functional. Did not use the pool or the hot bath but they do have those as well open from 10 am to 10 pm. Grocery store right opposite the road. Overall, a superb stay. Good value for money.

Everything was awesome to be honest, nothing to complain about really. Could provide complementary water bottles but its not that big of a deal since tap water here is potable.

Nice accommodations and friendly staff. Easy check in process. New and updated room. Wonderful towels! Roomy room.

The room had a bad smell in it that we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The refrigerator got our cardboard case surrounding our soda all wet which made it fall apart. Maybe the smell was coming from the refrigerator defrosting? And we were surprised to hear the neighbors and feel their door closing. Thin walls? We wished there was a good restaurant nearby. The breakfast, especially the eggs, were not very tasty.
