We stayed 5 nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park. It was nice to have a homey place to return to each night. We brought our own food so we cooked in the room. Nice full size refrigerator to store all of our food. We grilled steaks on the grill one night, used the hotplate & microwave to cook meals. The location was quiet and at the edge of town. This was in May so we heated the room with the gas fireplace, that was set on the thermostat which was nice and quite, instead of the wall heater that came on in the night to wake us up. Laundry facilities were nice to have also.

We could have had a few more kitchen items to cook with, there was no handicap type handle in the shower/spa to use. TV was slow or maybe the internet for it so we used our own tablets and phones.

Check in went very well with a very friendly and courteous staff. They were able to answer all our questions concerning our stay and the local area.

I didn't like that there was not a fridge or microwave in our cabin. There is a common room that was directly across from our cabin that had a microwave, but it would be very nice to not have to walk back and forth to use it.

The first night we arrived, we stayed in a big cabin and was beautiful but not what I booked. The next morning, I talked to the front desk, and we got moved to a cabin with a stove and smelled like gas, and got moved to a third cabin. This was the cabin for the rest of the trip. The first cabin was bigger than the kitchenette. The third cabin did have two beds.

The lack of water pressure in the cabins. I did request flowers, scented candles, hiking trail information, and date night information. With special requests and was not provided with any.

This was a mostly great experience. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The little extras (games to check out, small convenience store for snacks and other necessities) made a big difference. TV & Wi-Fi were excellent and helpful after long days in Yellowstone. We didn't find the energy to visit the common area but it sounded nice. I'd stay here again.

*BUT* - big glaring issue is I decided to stay here despite the price that would normally be out of my range because the pictures showed a full kitchen. I figured I could offset the cost by having breakfast and dinner in. There was nothing more than the typical hotel fridge in our room. This was very disappointing. Not the room or the people working there's fault and I'd probably still stay again, we liked it a lot, but when you're expecting something and it isn't available there's a letdown.

We stayed in a family studio type apartment with 3 queen beds, one of which was in a private room. We had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, sink and table that seated 6. There was a sofa and 2 comfy chairs. The location is very convenient to the West Yellowstone entrance.

We had to haul our luggage up a rather steep flight our stairs. The wifi password on the back of one key was misspelled so my husband was a little frustrated he could not access wifi. To use the hot tub you have to remove the heavy cover yourself and the jets only run for about 10 minutes before shutting off.

The location was awesome. The cabin was cute. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The grounds were very nice.

The cabin wasn’t really a cabin it was the bottom half of a duplex and initially we had some very heavy footed upstairs neighbors. It was better with the second group of upstairs neighbors. It was a small space but cute. The headboard was neat to look at but you couldn’t comfortably lean on it. On of the branches would poke you in the head so we ended up throwing our blanket over it.

We had cabin 43, downstairs, full kitchen. Two queens in the living room and one queen in the bedroom. Wifi was decent. Plenty of room in the cabin. Was hot so the AC was appreciated. There were enough dishes and pans to cook a small breakfast with. Plenty of towels provided. Beds were decently comfortable. TVs were smart TV which was nice on the rainy day we had. Place is within walking distance of the whole town yet on the edge so quieter.

Only one washer and dryer was working at the onsite laundry. The change machine was broken. We were originally put in the wrong cabin and had to move a lot of things but they did come through with getting us in the right room. In the type of cabin we were in there is an upstairs and a downstairs. We were in the downstairs and it is horrible. So much noise from above and I don't think it can be helped. The light in the cabin was so bad, so many lightbulbs out. We asked for that to be fixed and they did send someone but determined they didn't have the correct bulbs on hand and never came back with them. Our stay was 5 nights. It would be nice to have a broom in the room so you can sweep up all the dirt and gravel from being in the park and from outside the cabins.

The cabin was beautiful. The rocking chairs and loveseat were very comfortable. There was a luxurious bathroom. We loved that the tv had satellite and premium channels. The staff was very friendly. Especially housekeeping. Housekeeping kept our room tidy and without disturbing our belongings.

The cabin didn't have enough light.The mattress was not comfortable. It was concave and had a big Homer Simpson body imprint on both sides. We didn't like that the shampoo couldn't be moved to the bathtub. I understand that if it's not nailed down, the items "dissappear". One could put shampoo and conditioner next to the tub like it is in the shower.

The staff at Hibernation Station are truly wonderful!! They were all so sweet and accommodating! Booking.com listed our room amenities incorrectly (it said we would have a double sized sofa bed, when in fact none of the rooms have these), and the check in staff immediately jumped in to "fix-it" mode. They were fully booked up and didn't have another room for us but they did bring us a roll away bed which worked out great since my daughter was more than happy to sleep on the soft sofa and my son took the roll away. I just can't say enough about how nice the staff here is! They understand the importance of good customer service and because of that I would certainly book a stay here again!

The only thing I would change would be to request daily vacuuming of the floors. It was rainy when we were there and the floors never did get cleaned. Other than that, the place was very nice & we enjoyed our stay!

Clean quiet place; able to cook breakfast, pack lunch/snacks to take to Yellowstone park and enjoy dinner in the comfort of the place because of kitchen facilities including a stove, oven, and a good size refrigerator and a large kitchen table; beds were comfortable. Hot coffee at the reception desk was very appreciated.

Hot water was not always available for shower; had to wait more than 2-3 hrs - for the cost of the place, there should be plenty of hot water at all times! The shower curtain was too short and the water spout on the bathtub was not placed properly and water leaked unto the floor. All the pots/pans were very scratched and the coating was coming off - not healthy to use these by anyone! Could use a bit more lighting - was on the dark side in the evenings.
