OMG!! We will stay here again if we ever return to Yellowstone! I can't say anything negative about this place or our stay. It has recently opened a brand new grocery store that has everything you could ask for and more! Friendly people all around! Great view and no need for A/C. Reasonably quick drive to Yellowstone entrance via West Yellowstone. Friendly hint...go as early as possible to the Park! It gets busy quick!!

The 2 things that come to mind are the need for a Washer/Dryer in the unit and also more accurate directions to the office from the highway. We stopped at the wrong place and the guy we asked was clueless about where The Timbers was at.

Blair, was very helpful when we arrived, shared suggestions on places to eat and a few items he recommend we see. He also loaned us a can of bear spray that was left by others that we could carry with us as we went hiking. (Thankfully we didnt have to use it so was able to return it before we left.

Would suggest that all the hinges on the doors be oiled as the entrance door to our unit (#26) squeak loudly everytime it was opened or closed. Some of the dishes were not clean (one glass pan in particular) was not clean- assuming it didnt come clean going through the dishwasher cycle, but shouldnt have been put in cabinet still dirty.

The beautiful, quiet surroundings, pool and golf course. Respectful neighbors. Super amazing and helpful staff!

Cooking supplies were basic, trying to cut up watermelon with the knives provided was quite an ordeal, but we very busy and only ate dinner at the condo once. The beds were a little comfortable, but not a deal beaker.

Hubby and I (both retirees) have stayed at this property several times in the last few years. In its heyday, it was likely considered upscale. Now, it's aging a bit, but still nice. The units are older and frankly, could use a little updating. That said, they are clean and comfortable. We prefer NOT having to go to restaurants for all of our meals so having a full kitchen is great for us. Our one-bedroom unit had a nicely sized bedroom, galley-style kitchen, fairly spacious living area with gas fireplace, and a deck. The almost new clubhouse is lovely. Nice pool, big hot tub, game room, workout room. The front desk staff are all super friendly and helpful! The location, in Island Park, makes for day trips into Yellowstone through the west gate doable. We intend to stay here again!

Nothing that I didn't like although there was an issue with our refrigerator. Beyond the control of the staff, other than t have it repaired.

Timbers was the perfect location for our families trip to Yellowstone! We have 2 small children so having the pool was great! The units were dated but they were very clean and were well stocked with kitchen supplies to cook meals. The staff in the office were very nice and were very helpful in telling us things to visit! Our family had the perfect vacation here! Highly recommend and we will be coming back next time we visit Yellowstone!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. One thing I recommend is that you put a better mattress on the pull out sofa. It was horrible to sleep on.

We got a nicely remodeled room that has basically everything. There’s also a patio that overlooks the forest just outside. Room is very clean and it has a big kitchen.

The cabin are very clean. The unit (one bedroom apartment) is spacious and we can cook by ourselves. The area is well maintained. It is far only half an hour from the east entrance to Yellowstone national park

The internet connection was weak , and the WiFi didn’t work at all. For us it caused inconvenient due to work’s commitments. It Could have been helpful if there were some basic products in the kitchens like oil, salt, sugar etc
