I came with 4 grandchildren ages 2 -8 and we had a great time! They loved running down the hall to the room and our pool time! Everyone slept well! We missed the warm cookies but the breakfast was GREAT! The baby loved the apples! The oldest was in a baseball tournament and I just didn’t want to drive back and forth to Chicago! He won on Sunday so I wished we could have stayed another night! Everything was GREAT 👍🏼

We enjoyed our one-night stay here. The breakfast was really good, and the food was kept hot and well stocked. I thought the waffle maker was really good at making the perfect waffle. All of the employees were friendly wherever I was. I only small thing was that they were talking a bit loudly in the hallway when we were still sleeping, but this was minor since we had to get up anyhow. I actually like how friendly it all felt.

The water saving shower head did slow down the shower's water flow quite a bit, but it was otherwise alright. Also, the outlet plugs on the desk table were loose and not really effective for powering my laptop. I also had difficulty getting my laptop connected to their wifi, so I switched to using my cell phone as a hotspot.

The breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold food choices. It was a very busy weekend because of the college kids moving in so they were refilling items often. Most places I've been to the biscuits are dry but their biscuits and gravy was excellent and the whole wheat blueberry waffles outstanding! I also won $542.00 in the slot machines!!!

Can't complain about anything.

My Chicago O'Hare flight arrived at midnight and I didn't arrive at the Comfort Inn Bourbonnais until 1:50 AM, but the staff was at the desk and graciously and efficiently checked me in. The lobby area was well-lit and welcoming. The TV in my room would not change channels and when I mentioned it to the front desk the next day, the person came to my room immediately--the remote sensor for the channel remote had fallen behind the chest on which the TV sat and was quickly and easily adjusted. (Perhaps that could be checked routinely before guests arrive or adjusted for a more permanent solution, but the staff was attentive to my need.) The breakfast had hot options available and was clean and well-maintained when I was in the eating area--the tables were clean and items were in stock. The staff was friendly and helpful--the next day I used a hotel luggage cart to bring in some more of my items from my car. When I went to return the cart, one of the staff members (not housekeeping) was in the hallway to do something else and voluntarily offered to return the cart for me when she went back to the lobby. The hotel was quiet--with my late arrival, I slept late the next morning and was not disturbed by hallway sounds even though I was near the pool.

I realize with COVID-19 many tangible items have been removed from hotel rooms, but I would have appreciated written information on breakfast times, channel list, local phone information, local area restaurants, etc.--OK, I'm over 60 :)

The breakfast was great, the beds were comfy, the temp of the room was lovely

The staff at checkout was lacking. She did not want to help and when I explained to her (after several attempts) of what I needed printed, she finally printed it (a receipt) and begrudgingly gave it to me. I said thank you and she said nothing back and didn’t even make eye contact.

Bed was comfortable, Room was quiet. Had fun on the few slot machines in the lobby. Checkout was a breeze. It's location was close to Olivet Nazarene University and easy to get to back and forth.

The hot tub was closed when we were there and I was looking forward to using it before bed to help me sleep better.

The food was good. The staff kept the dining area very clean. The world pool felt real good on my shoulder. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The owner manager exceeded my expectations of donating some soaps and shampoos to the homeless in my hometown of New Orleans.

The only thing I did not like was I had asked for a king size bed and they were overbooked for king size beds.

The breakfast was wonderful the kids loved it. The location was good close to stores and restaurants.

In one of the rooms the air didn’t work. There was a few incidents with someone peeping in the swimming area windows and someone sitting in there just sitting and watching the teenage girls, it scared them. I think maybe have some type of security around.

Our jacuzzi hotel room was fantastic. The breakfast was good. Luggage carts were very helpful. Lobby and elevator were stunning. The coffee in the lobby was really good and available even after breakfast! There was an ice and drink machine right near our room! Everyone was nice, staff and other guests included. The pool was open, but we did not use it.

Our first room had a malfunctioning jacuzzi and we had to be relocated. The second room had three different lights that didn't work (one just didn't have a bulb at all), and the jacuzzi lights didn't have the dimming option that our first room had. The remote in the second room also needed new batteries but we already had to bother the staff about other things so we dealed with the remote.

The breakfast was great waffles and cereal as well as muffins.

The shower drain was very slow, the toilet seat was loose, most of the plug-ins did not work so it was hard to charge phones there were no USB plug.
