The rooms were neat. Staff friendly

The wall behind my windows had greenish mold all over and not nice to look at The complimentary breakfast had limited options. No proper restaurant in the facility for guest

They offer complimentary breakfast everyday. The general manager was super helpful and kind. It's pretty cool. It's an old hospital! Great location.

There is no long body mirror in the room. Walls are thin!

Large room with kitchen, 2 big TVs, 2 king size beds and a nice bathroom. Modern and comfortable. Very secure. Located in a nice safe area 10 minutes with metro outside the central city. 5 minutes walk from blue line and 7 minutes from pink line.

A bit noisy especially from outside noises but that was not too much trouble. Breakfast could be better and the service as well. We had to wait 90 minutes more to check in and we were travelling for 2 days to get there. Also we had to give 500 dollars extra as a security deposit, while there was no indication on our booking to do so.

Loved the history of building, parking behind and affordability of parking, location, breakfast, and rooms.

Should have free coffee bar all day in lobby.

Location was pretty nice. We wanted to be relatively close to the Amtrak station, and this was about a 10 minute Uber ride away. The hotel was very nice, spacious and high quality. The room was bigger than I expected, with decent sized couch and table for lounging. The TV had casting capabilities on it, so we could watch something on our phone. Didn't partake in the breakfast but it seemed pretty fresh and abundant.

I prepaid for the room but was charged again when I showed up. Had to go back down to get things resolved, which they were when I checked out the next day.

Rooms large, good space, nice old building w history. Parking easy.

Our AC didn’t work in the living area, nor did our phone and the kitchen light had a sensor and came on all thru the night. We had facilities come up and he said it was fixed after resetting, but AC never came on in living are, the room remained hot and stuffy for where my son slept and entire stay. Asked for late checkout and they were not flexible. We had an unplanned delay due to move in timing for UIC and they said they would not accommodate.

This is a great facility! It's the old hospital, so the hallways are so wide and it just feels luxurious! Lots of safety features to prevent people who aren't staying from getting off on your floor. The front desk clerk, Charminique was the friendliest hotel staff member we've ever had! Often in big cities, the front desk staff are indifferent or terse, but she was bubbly, lively, engaging! She welcomed me to the hotel and told me about its history and the museum there. She sold us on how magical Chicago is, and how much she loves it. She made sure we knew of all the things to do, eat, visit, or purchase in the hotel, and how to find them as well as their hours. She also assisted me on checkout, and was just SO GOOD at her job. She set the tone for our visit to the hotel and to Chicago, and we had an amazing trip. We can't wait to go back, and we will use this hotel again.

The blankets and pillows are very comfortable, I love the space in the king suite. The size and comfort is definitely worth the price per night. Everything was clean and overall a very pleasant place to stay!

I just didn’t like how unreachable the lights were from the bed and depending on what u are looking for, the suite has a small kitchen with a microwave and mini fridge and the tv can rotate, but in my opinion it was a bit crowded due to all the furniture in the room.

I love the security features on the elevator. The staff exceptional Guest service skills. I had one hiccup when I was charged for parking and staff took care of the issue immediately. No run around just an amazing experience. Hotel room couldn’t ask for a better space. I will be booking at this property more.

Wish the hotel had a bigger parking lot, instead of having to use parking structure which is very close to the hotel, but would of preferred to be in the main lot.

First is the Location. It is near the 2 L train stations so it’s very easy to go around the city. Second one is Safety. Guests can only access their specific floors. Free Breakfast is good as well. This hotel looks new and clean. I also like the aesthetics and the vibe. There’s large windows in every corner making it bright inside. Bed is comfortable. Lastly, they’re pet friendly and it’s perfect if you have pets. There’s a park in front of the hotel where you can walk your pets to go potty.
