it's a few steps from downtown, and around the corner from a subway stop (blue line). Everything is very clean and modern. The staff was really friendly and they kept my suitcase before and after the check in proper.

the room was good but more on the small side. The entrance to the hotel is a bit strange, if you're walking: you can see the hotel from a distance, but you have to walk around a fence outside of the garage, to finally enter through a small gate into the garage itself, and then to the main entrance.

Proximity to Amtrak station was a plus. We're walkers, so didn't mind walking several blocks to find a good breakfast place. We also walked to Whole Foods (about 15 minutes away by foot) to get treats for our train trip.

The bathroom was tiny. Because of this, the inside of the bathroom door was warped from being exposed to water from the bath/shower combo. Wish developers would consider that they lose more money by being cheap than save money.

I love the location of the property. We are able to walk or take the bus anywhere we want to go.

They’re under construction and we were not aware. The facilities and restaurants are all closed and the construction crew woke us up early.

The room was clean and there was no damaged furniture. The bed was firm and comfortable and there was a variety of labeled pillows distinguishing firmness. The WIFI was strong and easy to connect to. Also the staff were kind and helpful.

The location of the hotel is fine, its close enough to many of Chicago's features that it's not unreasonable to walk, but its definitely a hike.

The room size was good. There is an additional sofa bed, and some kitchenware and iron. The washroom and linen were clean. The staff was helpful. While the breakfast is not included in the cost, the breakfast at the restaurant below was great, and gave me a good start to the day.

The suite room was located very far from the elevator which was the only drawback.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the price of the on-site parking ($65/night). We realize parking in Chicago is limited, but thought the price was too high, considering we already paid for the room.

It was very comfortable. Despite being close to the freeway, we didn’t have any trouble with noise. Close to the Blue line. Walking distance to Union Station and the river. Overall very satisfied.

Would have loved if there was a hot tub in the pool area as well.

Conveniently located to 1 mile from millennium park. We drove to a garage and walk for hours checking everything out.

Parking. It’s $50 a night to park on hotel property or you can pay to park at a lot in front of the hotel. Not associated with the hotel through ParkWhiz. It only allowed us to pay for 12 hours at a time so at midnight we had to redo it for another 12 hours. But still after paying for 1 day at the other lot, we still saved 50% of what we would have paid parking at the hotel.

The location was great . And the property was very neatly maintained . Rooms are well cleaned and the interior was very pleasant . They have a great parking spot with reduced rates .
