Shuttle driver was very nice and went beyond to help me with my MANY pieces of luggage and my children. Staff was very friendly and gave me advice on food to order as we arrived late. Room was clean, big. Beds were very comfy fell asleep instantly. And my children did too. Shower was nice and had all facilities. Great location from airport only 6 minutes drive Didn't do breakfast was only there for stop over but would like to go back and get the full experience of the hotel a d Chicago

The location getting to the shuttle pick up from terminal 5 was long when I had alot of luggage. However if you know the short cuts it's not too bad. I met a nice worker who told me to go to another terminal and cut across hilton hotel and the shuttle was there.

The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the fact that there was an actual Keurig in the room when so many hotels don't. I drink a specific decaf blend so it was nice to be able to bring my own k-cups and know I would be able to use them. The room was clean and the floor was very quiet.

It was not quite as close to Rivers Casino as we thought- definitely still within walking distance but not across the parking lot as we had assumed. But that's on us. The pillows were just a bit worn- not as stuffed as they could be, I guess you could say.

I think the staff was great and friendly ! The rooms were clean and comfy. We had the breakfast buffet all days and that was fantastic and worth the price ! All and all a great place to stay

The only negative when trying to use the bar area the bartender told us we need to hurry and could only order one drink , mind you it was 1015 pm and the bar closed at 11pm.

The room was very comfortable. Hilton Garden never disappoints Anchorage, Seattle, and Chicago I love them all. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and helped me find a fabulous Italian restaurant just down the street.

I always have trouble getting in and out of the parking lot at this location - the gates and the key just never seem to work smoothly. Small issue really.

price for a room didn't match the accommodations. The room we were in was spacious enough but was definitely showing signs of wear and could use a little bit of the maintenance mans touch.

absolutely love this spot, my first time staying in a hotel. It was very clean and comfy. The staff was very nice, very professional. I would definitely choose Hilton Gardens again.

The parking entrance and exit. this was definitely the least of my worries thought. I know the setup is for customer vehicle protection.

The only blip was the extremely long wait for the hotel shuttle. I'm sure it was a one-off but waiting nearly 2 hours after travelling all day was really frustrating.

Very loud lobby with bar out in the open and people playing corn hole. I felt I was on spring break in college. Once we hit the elevator it was quiet bliss

difficult to enter property. we were the third car in line and were stuck in the street. we were looking forward to using the pool but under maintenance.

No restaurants within walking distance, far from the downtown area, pillows were too soft.
