The hotel is close to the airport and there is an airport shuttle every 30 minutes. The driver is extremely nice. So I used the airport shuttle to go from the hotel to the blue line train station at Terminal 2 at the airport in order to travel to downtown Chicago. The room on the 9th floor had beautiful views just as I had requested. In the room there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and a kitchen sink. There is a TV set in the living room and another one in the bedroom. Near the hotel there is McDonald's and a 7-Eleven convenience shop. The front-desk staff at the hotel were fabulous!

Accessories like the garbage can were reallllllllly low-quality. It felt rundown, and the garbage can & towels were a good example. The door between our rooms had also been kicked and the wood chipped significantly and repainted…but it had a rundown-feel. The bed wasn’t comfortable—it sagged. I can’t remember the last time I encountered that at a hotel of the level I’m used to staying in. The free airport shuttle was taking longer than we expected in the morning so we took an Uber. I didn’t see free coffee/tea bar though there was a free $5 credit in the shop area. As they didn’t have unsweetened iced tea or hot tea, I would have preferred the coffee/hot water set up most hotels of the level I stay at offer.

We came into town for the rivers casino and of course we had a great time! This location was so close and conveniently in areas of food, gas and airport. Front desk staff were so nice and friendly. They called us when we got into our rooms to make sure everything was good! The king size bed was soooooo comfortable omg i need that! The room was huge and overall nice! Not loud so we got great sleep and had such a wonderful stay.

Only ONE thing wrong. The only thing honestly was the shower. Needs an update since the water came out all different directions and it was painfully hard with pressure. The water also kept coming out and on the floor due to the design.

It was close the airport and the shuttle was quick and easy to got on. We also booked a roll in shower room and were happy with the shower. We also liked that the beds were not right next to each other giving us more privacy.

The biggest thing I didn’t like was the fact that if you want to park long term it is expensive, or you have to book with them apart from booking. We ended up getting parking somewhere else. I also wonder why a handicapped room did not have any table or desk that a wheelchair could get up to, so it was hard for us to eat, the takeout we had gotten.

Very comfortable. I’d been on the road all week, and this was the best hotel room I stayed in for the price. Rather cozy. Friendly staff, good bar/restaurant.

Possibly they need to add more peak-hour staff at the registration desk. It seems the hotel was built in maybe the 1980s, so some of the engineering seemed a little dated. Also, I would encourage the hotel management to lobby the community on two things: 1) A better quality walking path to the ORD Multimodal facility. 2) *Weekend* commuter rail service between the city and the “O’Hare transfer” METRA station, which is close to the hotel.

Loved the convenience of being close to the airport, the free and regular shuttle or the inter terminal train, which ends at the car parking area and is then just a 5 min walk to the hotel. The staff are excellent, rooms clean and if you don’t have a car, there’s a railway station literally out of the back door, although a bit sketchy as to its timings as mostly for morning and evening commuters.

I would like to see a buffet breakfast area and not the sit down and order affair they have now, with a 3rd party supplier !

Liked the friendliness of the staff; ie, Shuttle staff, hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Plenty to see in the area, to include wildlife( yes a coyote in the city)made it more enjoyable. Loved that we were given a room upgrade upon checking in because of "our" bubbly nature...lol

Bathroom could have used an exhaust fan and the shower head was a little low for the average 6 foot man. Also the bed could use an additional light blanket between the sheet and comforter.

For someone obsessed with airplanes like me, my room couldn't have been more perfect. I could open the curtains, lay in bed and watch airplanes come and go all day long. Also, it is in walking distance (not a short walk, but definitely not too long) to Allstate Arena!

Bed was not the most comfortable, but wasn't horrible. The bathroom practically flooded because I took a shower and the shower curtain did nothing to keep the water from splashing on the ground. Definitely need new shower curtains.

In light of missed connection and quick overnight stay in Chicago, I found the staff highly professional and friendly. A quick, cost-effective stone's throw from ORD airport, I immensely enjoyed the comfortable sheets and soft mattress. Some of the best rejuvenating rest I've had while traveling.

Nothing worth noting. The service, especially in light of so many passengers finding themselves acquiring rooms last minute, was thoroughly outstanding.

Perfectly situated right out from the airport past the car rental area. They offer a shuttle that also picks up at Terminal 2 if you do not wish to walk the distance. A HUGE amount of space in the rooms! And the hotel restaurant is also amazing if you have the chance to take advantage of it!

The walls between the rooms seem… too thin. The couple in the room next to us were VERY MUCH able to be heard almost clearly that is was concerning to hear about their day to day, the videos they were watching, and the laughter being in our room as well as their’s.
