I have stayed here before. it is great for families because breakfast and supper are included. Breakfast has the usual cereal, toast, bagels, etc, but also scrambles eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and cottage potatoes. Oatmeal is real, not instant. Supper always has hot dogs and nachos, but while there we had pulled pork and baked beans, chicken alfredo, baked potatoes, tasty steamed vegetables, and salad. Location couldn't be better. Can walk to Busch stadium, the Arch and the river. Also within walking distance to Union Square, City park, City museum. Love to stay here.

Electricity was out for about 4 hours one day, but that was NOT the hotel's fault. We were warned ahead of time. Didn't diminish the stay at all.

We went to St. Louis to watch some baseball games. The hotel was within walking distance to the ballpark and the Village. It is very close to the Arch and only a 25 min walk to Union Station, where there are other attractions to see. There was a daily free hot breakfast, which was very good. We were pleasantly surprised to find they also have a free buffet supper every evening. There was free popcorn for the kids and free drinks for the adults. The hotel and room were very clean. It is also pet friendly but we left ours at home for this trip. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that this location not only included breakfast, but also included a dinner buffet each day. Not a lot of options with the buffet, but still, the meal was included, and that's always a plus! Also, Amanda at the front desk was amazing! Very outgoing and friendly, polite, courteous. She made sure we understood everything and knew where everything was. So helpful. If only all front desk workers were as pleasant and courteous as she was. We knew we were welcome there and appreciated for choosing Drury Plaza.

Great breakfast and dinner happy hour. Quiet, comfortable room. Nice observation deck and pool. Friendly staff. The arch is literally the backyard of the hotel. Arch and stadium are very close to the hotel.

The hotel is very nice but the city is crime ridden. Not anything the hotel can control but they should probably warn quests not to walk downtown more than 3-4 blocks from the hotel. There was a mass shooting several blocks from the hotel but we only learned about it on the news. No notice from the hotel. A few blocks from the hotel the city is abandoned, boarded up, condemned, covered in graffiti. Scary to accidentally find that out looking for a place to eat lunch. Great hotel but definitely won’t go back to St Louis.

The staff was the kindness and most courteous group of people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Everyone we crossed paths with said hi and asked if things were ok from the front desk, to the workers at breakfast, housekeeping, and the man in the parking garage changing trash bags. Breakfast was delicious and so many options. The kickback every night was a surprise and was enough to count as a meal. It was in walking distance to Busch Stadium and the Arch.

Wish I didn’t have to pay extra to park, but liked that we could come and go. It was 100+ but the AC was just barely keeping up. It was cool in our room but not sure if the AC ever shut off.

The beds are soft and comfortable; comparable to Westin beds. Drury and Westin are the only hotels I have ever stayed in that have comfortable beds. Free supper was nice. The entire facility was extremely clean. There was always coffee, pop, and popcorn available. The whirlpool was nice. The pool was dirty with hair and a bandaid, but kids are gross. The hotel can't be expected to keep the pool clean when kids are getting it dirty all day. The staff were very nice!! The staff are 1000% nicer at the Drury Hotel versus the Westin. Another plus is that breakfast is free. The quality of the breakfast is comparable to any chain hotel breakfast; actually, the last Holiday Inn express I stayed in had a higher quality breakfast. The Drury breakfast was dry.

The price.

The lobby is beautiful & very large. Check in was quick & easy. Parking was onsite & easy to get to. The free dinner was really good & unexpected. The breakfast was delicious & free too! The room had a great view of the Arch & the ceiling was very tall. The room was clean & didn’t smell. The rooftop view of the Arch was breathtaking.

They didn’t check to see if we had a parking pass & anyone could walk in. So I didn’t feel that safe. The pool was disgusting. Kids were in there playing but you couldn’t see the bottom it was so cloudy & dirty. The floor around the pool was so slippery & the hot tub…had poo in it! You could tell no one had tended to the pool in awhile. Towels & trash everywhere. After a long day of driving I just wanted to relax in the pool but there was no way I was going in it! I wish that the rooftop view was open in the morning for the sunrise.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. My favorite thing though was the Kickback buffet. I was not aware the hotel had that when I booked, and it was so nice. When traveling with kids, the last thing I want to do is try to find an Uber to take me to a restaurant and pay $20 for a kids plate that my kids hardly touch. At the hotel, they got to pick out what they wanted (hotdogs of course), and they were happy. It took so much stress out of our trip. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. I travel a lot for work, and will definitely be booking my work trips through Drury so I can start getting reward point.

The coffee is the lobby was great. The coffee in the rooms what like drinking tan-colored water. I really like my coffee in the mornings, and the coffee in the rooms was NOT good.

We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the Arch and paid extra for a room with a partial-view of the Arch. Hotel is beautiful, clean, and provides a hot breakfast in it's dining area. Ample coffee and beverage options available all day long. A market room off the lobby sells food, drinks, and items you might need during your stay.

We paid to park in their garage underneath the building. Spaces were super tight and a challenge to navigate. The indoor pool is much smaller than pictured and is located on the observation deck and enclosed by glass windows on one side. We had to sign a waiver to use it because it was raining outside and considered a risky activity due to potential lightning. Pool is closed temporarily if thunder or lightening occurs.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were so delicious!! The location was perfect. The rooms were a good size. The coffee station was wonderful with so many creamer options and to-go cups.

The beds were not very comfortable. The pool had slimy feeling water, grossness floating in it (hair, bandaids) was over chlorinated (burned eyes/nose), and overcrowded. Kids kept slipping and falling when they were walking around the edge of the pool or trying to pull themselves up or jump off, even when they weren't being crazy. The slippery floor and edge of pool was so dangerous. The water was sooooo cold even though it was such a small pool.
