I gave this hotel this highest rating based on their exceptional customer service. On this vacation, we stayed in 3 hotels. This hotel stood out because of their exceptional customer service. From the front desk, to the ladies working in the breakfast area, they all greet you and are very friendly. The location is right off the highway so easy access to everything, the breakfast bar was your typical Biscuits/gravy, pancakes and eggs. We didn’t use the swimming pool but we did use the fitness room that had enough machines to get the job done. The beds were comfy and we all got a good nights rest. Any hotel should provide these amenities but the staff by far gave the best customer service so we we stay here again.

OMG, where to start!!! What a fantastic place to stay! Everything was superb! King/Spa Room was amazing (super comfy bed). Free Breakfast/Dinner/Drinks!!! The entire staff here is AWESOME! Everything is kept absolutely immaculate & fully stocked. The location is perfect because you are just by everything, including the expressways. The pool/hot tub was great. Highly recommend staying here, one of the best for sure!!! Thank you to all, especially Peter, Carla & Madelyn :)

Breakfast was over the top, service was great, staff was facilitating and enjoyful.

We had a room with pull out couch. Blanket was stowed away. Unpacked blanket to find candy or food melted into it. Called the desk and they promptly replaced and promised $50 credit for troubles. Not sure we got the credit, but I didn't scour the bill as it was an easy overlook and the rest of the stay was quite pleasant.

Though there were groups of loud rowdy kids staying for championship play offs, they were considerate and put us on a quiet floor with minimal noise. The amenities included were above expectations. Food and service were really good.. The shower/tub is equipped with soap, shampoo and conditioner pumps on the wall instead of tiny bottles that only one guest can use. Of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip, this is definitely my favorite. You get your money's worth when you stay with them.

The comforter couldhave been thicker, warmer.

It was in a good spot! restaurant next door was amazing, can’t wait to eat at another one of those! a lot of other places were in walking distance that we went to. Walmart was close! Quite place, kids got plenty of tome in pool and was never crowded. Kickback time was awesome and of course popcorn!

really don’t have complaints. staff we ran across were all nice, especially one lady in the mornings we saw, she was so sweet! One staff member could have been more friendly than what she was.

Man! I could not think of enough good things to say about this location. The kindness, courteousness, caring attitudes of the staff was our favorite part. They knew exactly how to make us feel welcome, at home, and that we were appreciated. We will most likely be staying here again!

Very clean. The staff was super friendly. They offered a free full breakfast and free dinner with 3 complimentary drinks. Had a workout room and pool and hot tub. Was conveniently located to interstate and shopping. Definitely would stay they again.

I had absolutely nothing to complain about.

It was great to have breakfast and dinner included with your room. The surprise was free drinks every night of your stay with the free dinner and I mean adult drinks (alcohol). If you are not a drinker I guess that does not mean much but, I think most people like a glass of wine or beer after dinner.

There was nothing about this hotel that I did not like. I was there July 4th weekend and you could even watch fireworks from your room.

all of the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the in room hot tub was a decent size.

the parking was a little challenging. the guests of the hotels along with customers of the neighboring restaurants: cars not in the parking spots appropriately and restaurant customers in the hotel parking.

The 5:30 Kickback and breakfast were fantastically good. The room was clean and in great shape. Convenient location.

The blended indoor/outdoor pool is a little small- so much that older kids jumping in caused a lot of splashing for our toddler. Just not a lot of room to spread out.
